Vikram Prabhu is an Indian film actor who will be seen in Tamil language films. He is the son of Prabhu Ganesan and grandson of the actor Sivaji Ganesan and made his debut in Prabhu Solomon's Kumki (2012).

Vikram studied in London, completing a MBA programme, and briefly returned to Chennai to help out in the production activities of his family's Sivaji Productions venture, Chandramukhi (2005). Vikram Prabhu also had a stint in a theatre,while he was working for a degree at San Diego State University. He went on to gain further experience by assisting Vishnuvardhan in Sarvam (2009), before once again assisting in the production works of Aasal (2010).

In February 2011, Vikram Prabhu received media coverage for the first time when Sivaji Productions refused to part with the tile Deiva Magan when the makers of Deiva Thirumagal had approached them, statting that they had agreed terms with director Ameer to direct a film which would launch Vikram Prabhu under that title. However due to the Ameer's commitment to making Aadhi Bhagavan, the film was delayed and in June 2011, it was announced that Vikram Prabhu would star in Prabhu Solomon's next venture to be produced by Linguswamy. Titled Kumki, the film was based on elephants and the director thus sent Vikram to an elephant training camp in Otthapalayam in Kerala to get himself accustomed to the animals. The film is likely to release in late 2012.

Amala Paul (born October 26, 1991) is an Indian film actress, who works primarily in the Tamil film industry. After appearing in supporting roles in a few low budget ventures, she received critical acclaim for the portrayal of a controversial character in the film, Sindhu Samaveli. Despite the failure of that film, Amala became noted after playing the title role in Mynaa, receiving critical acclaim for her work. Since then, she has been signed on for several notable projects and is considered the leading upcoming actress in Tamil films.

Priya Anand (born 17 September 1986) is an Indian film actress and model who appears in Telugu and Tamil. She appeared in some Telugu and Tamil films including, Leader and Vaamanan.

Priya Anand was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu as the only child to a half Telugu, half Marathi father Bharadwaj Anand and a Tamil mother Radha. Because of her mixed regional background, she was brought up in both her parents' hometowns, Chennai and Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, becoming fluent in Tamil as well as Telugu. Besides her mother tongues, Priya is proficient in English,Bengali, Hindi and Spanish languages as well.

Priya, who describes herself as "naturally extremely hyperactive", became fascinated by films, developing an interest in cinema, since childhood, and noted that she has been dreaming of getting into the film industry and working on technical aspects of film making, but confesses she never thought of becoming an actor. She moved to the U. S., where she pursued her higher studies. Keeping her later career in mind, she studied Communications and Journalism at University of Albany. After completing her education, she returned to India in 2008 and since, stays with her grandparents in Chennai. However, she then ventured into modeling, appearing in various television commercials like Nutrine Maha Lacto, Prince Jewellery and Cadbury Dairy Milk.

Thambi Ramaiah is an Indian film actor and director, who works in the Tamil film industry. He directed the Vadivelu-starrer Indiralohathil Na Azhagappan; his performance in Mynaa, won a National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor. Ramaiah has also been working occasionally as a lyricist.

He actually came to cinema to write lyrics and compose music. Unexpectedly he became a director. He worked as an associate director to T. Rajender and P. Vasu. He directed Manu Needhi which had Murali in the lead role and also Vadivelu starrer Indralogathil Na Azhagappan which was a flop. Vadivelu is his best friend, Ramiah wrote all the comedy tracks for Vadivelu and also appeared in them. He made his debut doing a small role with Goundamani in the Sathyaraj starrer Malabar Police. Though he did character roles in Kodambakkam, Oram Po and Vetrivel Sakthivel, he did not get the expected. So he thought that acting is not suitable for him and he patiently waited. Myna has now changed his life. This film is a turning point.
