A relationship manager is a professional who is responsible for improving the relationships between an organisation and its clients using communication, and resolving any conflict or difficulties in an organisation and manage any disputes that arise.
Relationship management can be split into five different fields such as customer, client, vendor, community, and business relationship management. They all have the same goal which is to manage interpersonal relationships and understand the expectations involved in a workplace.
They do what they can to ensure everyone is happy, and look at their needs and wants and find strategic ways to fulfill them. Relationship manager's hours of work are usually between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturdays. They can work in small to large organisations and in a variety of industries.
