The Invasion (film)
The Invasion is a 2007 science fiction thriller horror film starring Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig, directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel, with additional scenes written by The Wachowskis and directed by James McTeigue.
The Invasion is the fourth film adaptation of the 1955 novel The Body Snatchers by Jack Finney, following Don Siegel's 1956 film Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Philip Kaufman's 1978 remake of the same name, and Abel Ferrara's 1993 Body Snatchers.
Plot
After the space shuttle Patriot crashes on Earth, a fungus-like alien lifeform is discovered on the remaining parts scattered over US territory. Once people come into contact with the organism, they are controlled by it when they enter REM sleep. One of the first people infected is Tucker Kaufman, a CDC director investigating the crash.
Tucker's ex-wife, psychiatrist Carol Bennell, begins to feel something is amiss when people seem to have "changed". Her patient Wendy Lenk describes how her husband "is not her husband", and one of her son's friends acts detached and emotionless. At a neighborhood Halloween party, Carol's son Oliver finds a "skin" on a partier which is initially believed to be costume make-up. Carol speculates that the skin may be an organism connected to reports of a fast-spreading flu. Carol takes the organism to her doctor friend Ben Driscoll to have it checked. Carol attends a friendly dinner meeting between Russian diplomat Ben and Czechoslovakian diplomat Yorish (along with female companion Luddie) and discusses her post-modern feminism views over caviar and champagne. Meanwhile, Tucker uses the CDC to spread the disease further, disguising the spores as flu vaccine.

Visiting leaders to the 2016 G20 Summit were entertained with a spectacular artistic show Sunday evening.
After the welcome banquet held by Chinese President Xi Jinping, the visiting leaders to the 11th G20 Summit attended an evening gala entitled "Impression West Lake Show." As one of the most renowned attractions in Hangzhou, the "Impression West Lake Show" painted a fabulous picture of the city for the participating government heads and state leaders.
The gala, created and produced by a team led by famed Chinese film director Zhang Yimou, was staged with the majestic West Lake as the background. According to Zhang, the live performances which lasted 45 minutes boasted nine programs with magnificent visual effects. It is the first symphony concert above the water China has ever delivered. Zhang said that elegant symphony is a world language acknowledged by people throughout the world.

While going through old video clips we found these amazing footage recorded 3 years ago when Aiman was in elementary school. He was 9 years old at the time. Even at this age, Aiman was really good at narrating in a video. He was captivated and funny, yet his talent seemed so natural. For Aiman's fans, this is a must watch video!
It was during a Family Literacy Night at Edith E. Mackrille Elementary, a Magnet School that once was chosen as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. The night featured crafts and projects by students plus a visiting therapy dog named Griffin, as part of Reading For Paws Program. This was on March 19, 2013.
PAWS for Reading is a program that allows children to read aloud to a therapy dog (or cat, or bunny!) in order to improve reading and communication skills. Children read individually to trained therapy pets (and their handlers) in schools, libraries, or other settings where they can feel comfortable and confident — and have fun! After all, a dog will not correct them or make them feel awkward if they stumble.
Griffin, a golden retriever, is a certified therapy dog, providing animal-assisted therapy in reading programs, hospitals, nursing homes etc. The dog is owned and trained by Dr. Donna Latella, an Occupational Therapy professor at Quinnipiac University.
Aiman was really excited especially he has never been up close and personal with a dog before. This experience later helped him when a lost Labrador Retriever wandered into his yard later on during the year, where he cared for the dog for a couple of days until her owner eventually found this lost dog.

The Oregon Air National Guard (Oregon ANG) detachment consist of six Boeing F-15 fighters from the 173rd Fighter Wing supported by a Boeing KC-135 tanker from the 141st Air Refueling Wing. The overall strength of the visiting unit is around 150 persons.
The squadron-level visit is one element of the Finnish Air Force's international operations comprising such as participation in combined air exercises and other international events. The Finnish Air Force (FINAF) has had multifaceted cooperation with the US Armed Forces since the commencement of the Hornet multi-role fighter procurement programme in the 1990s. The first squadron-level visit of F-15 fighters to Finland took place in 1997 when the US Air Force 48th Fighter Wing was deployed to Pirkkala air base.
During the visit hosted by the Fighter Squadron 31 of Karelia Air Command aircraft including Oregon ANG's F-15 fighters and eight FINAF's Hornet multi-role fighters will conduct waves with the focus on air combat training. In addition, air refuelling training is incorporated with some of the waves.
During this squadron-level visit F-15 aircraft will take part also in Cross Border Training (CBT) conducted with the Finnish and Swedish Air Forces.

Leave It to Beaver is one of the first primetime sitcom series written from a child's point of view. Like several television dramas and sitcoms of the late 1950s and early 1960s (Lassie and My Three Sons), Leave It to Beaver is a glimpse at middle-class, American boyhood. In a typical episode Beaver got into some sort of trouble, then faced his parents for reprimand and correction. However, neither parent was omniscient; indeed, the series often showed the parents debating their approach to child rearing, and some episodes were built around parental gaffes.
