USF Student-Athletes strive for championships every day on the fields and courts of play. Outside the lines, USF Athletics is providing the current generation of Bulls with the tools they need to succeed after graduation. Through the Academic Enrichment Center, Enhancing U and Mentoring U, Selmon Style programs, USF student-athletes have access to the tools they need for future success. The Sullivan Academic Enrichment Center provides the necessary academic tools for USF Student-Athletes to compete just as hard in the classroom as they do on the court, field or pitch. Tutors, online resources and study sessions are all made available through the center. Enhancing U provides interested student athletes with a way to learn valuable life skills, varying from proper dinner etiquette to how to conduct yourself in a job interview. The successful completion of this program allows student-athletes to enter the new Mentoring U, Selmon Style program. Inspired by the late Lee Roy Selmon, Mentoring U, Selmon Style pairs student-athletes with mentors from around the Tampa Bay business community.
