Anadolu’yu 15 yıldır şehir şehir gezen Maceracı, bu hafta Mevlana şehir Konya’dan özel bir bölümle ekrana geliyor.
Anadolu’nun lezzetleri peşinde kilometrelerce yol giden Murat Yeni, 15 yıllık unutulmaz macerasına Konya’da devam ediyor. Etli ekmeği ile meşhur Konya’da Ereğlili ustalarla yaklaşık 4 metrelik pideler hazırlayan Yeni, dünyanın en büyük sacında kuzu etinin tereyağı ve sebzelerle buluştuğu enfes bir kavurmanın yapımına şahit oluyor. Ustaların hünerlerini konuşturduğu ve 20 saat boyunca fırında pişirdikleri fırın kebabının lezzeti ise ağızlarda yıllarca unutulmayacak bir tat bırakıyor. Sürprizlerin de yer aldığı programda Ereğlili ustaların Maceracı için muhteşem bir konseptle hazırladığı 15. yıl pastası renkli görüntülere sahne oluyor.
Karın bembeyaz bir örtü ile örttüğü, güzelliğine güzellik kattığı bugünlerde, hiç üşümeden, içinizi ısıtacak Anadolu hikayelerine kulak kabartmak isterseniz, Maceracı’yı sakın kaçırmayın. Maceracı bu hafta sizleri dünyayı gezenlerin mutlak görmesi gereken Konya’ya ve onun güzel ilçesi Ereğli’ye götürüyor. Ereğli macerasının başlangıç noktasında Maceracı’yı dünyanın en büyük sacı karşılıyor. Kuzu etinin tereyağı ve sebzelerle buluştuğu kavurmaya, pirzola ve köfte eşlik ediyor. Ereğli’nin kekik kokulu enfes kuzuları bu kez fırın kebabı ile karşısına çıkıyor. 20 saat boyunca fırında kendinden geçen fırın kebabının lezzeti kuzu güveç ve pideler ile zirveye çıkıyor.
Maceracı etli ekmeği ile meşhur Konya’da pideleri de ihmal etmiyor. Ereğlili ustalar, yaklaşık 4 metrelik pidede, bıçak arası, peynirli, Mevlana ve etli ekmeği bir arada sunuyor. Bu pideyi görenler tatmadan geçemiyor. Maceracı’nın Anadolu hikayelerinin peşinde kilometrelerce yol gittiği 15 Yıl, Ereğlili ustaların muhteşem konsept pastasıyla kutlanıyor. 15. Yıl pastasını kesmeye kıyamayan Maceracı nefis şerbetli tatlıların ve katkısız dondurmanın tadına bakmadan edemiyor. Konya
Konya (Turkish pronunciation: [ˈkon.ja]; Greek: Ικόνιον Ikónion, Latin: Iconium) is a city in the Central Anatolia Region of Turkey. It is the seventh most populous city in Turkey. As of 2014, Konya has a population of 1,174,536. Konya is an economically and industrially developed city and the capital of Konya Province.
Konya was historically the capital of the Seljuq Sultanate of Rum and the Karamanids.
History
Etymology
Konya, was known in classical antiquity and during the medieval period as Ἰκόνιον (Ikónion) in Greek (with regular Medieval Greek apheresis Kónio(n)) and as Iconium in Latin. This name is commonly explained as a derivation from εἰκών (icon), as an ancient Greek legend ascribed its name to the "eikon" (image), or the "gorgon's (Medusa's) head", with which Perseus vanquished the native population before founding the city. In some historic English texts, the city's name appears as Konia or Koniah.
Ancient history
Excavations have shown that the region was inhabited during the Late Copper Age, around 3000 BC. The city came under the influence of the Hittites around 1500 BC. These were overtaken by the Sea Peoples around 1200 BC.

Anadolu’nun lezzetleri peşinde kilometrelerce yol giden Murat Yeni, 15 yıllık unutulmaz macerasına Konya’da devam ediyor. Etli ekmeği ile meşhur Konya’da Ereğlili ustalarla yaklaşık 4 metrelik pideler hazırlayan Yeni, dünyanın en büyük sacında kuzu etinin tereyağı ve sebzelerle buluştuğu enfes bir kavurmanın yapımına şahit oluyor. Ustaların hünerlerini konuşturduğu ve 20 saat boyunca fırında pişirdikleri fırın kebabının lezzeti ise ağızlarda yıllarca unutulmayacak bir tat bırakıyor. Sürprizlerin de yer aldığı programda Ereğlili ustaların Maceracı için muhteşem bir konseptle hazırladığı 15. yıl pastası renkli görüntülere sahne oluyor.

Gürcü Hatun, the wife of the Seljuk Emir Suleyman Pervane, and Emir Alameddin Kayser funded the construction. The cylindrical drum of the dome originally rested on four pillars. The conical dome is covered with turquoise faience.
However several sections were added until 1854. Selimoğlu Abdülvahit decorated the interior and performed the woodcarving of the catafalques.
The decree of 6 April 1926 confirmed that the mausoleum and the dervish lodge (Dergah) were to be turned into a museum. The museum opened on 2 March 1927. In 1954 it was renamed as "Mevlâna museum".
