Surah al Baqarah
The Prophet said, 'The Qur'an and those who committed themselves to it will be presented on the Day of judgement, preceded by Surah al-Baqarah and Surah al Imran'.
[Muslim 805]
The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, 'Learn how to recite Surah al-Baqarah for there is a blessing in it, and there is sorrow for abandoning it, and it is unbearable for the idle' and that 'al Baqarah and al Imran are like two flowers which will shade their learner on the day of Judgement, as if there were two large clouds or two flocks of birds'.

The Prophet said, 'Recite Surah al Baqarah in your dwellings and do not keep them as tombs. He also said that whoever recited Surah al Baqarah at night would be crowned with a crown of paradise.'

Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "Do not turn your houses into graves. Shaitan is barred from any house in which Surat al-Baqarah (2) is recited." [Muslim 780, 4: 1707]
The Prophet was asked, 'Which part of the Qur'an is the best?'. He replied, 'The Surah in which the cow is mentioned'. He was then asked 'Which part of that Surah?'. He replied, 'The verse of the Throne and the last pasrt of Surah al Baqarah came down from under the Throne'

The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, 'Al Baqarah is the top (or pinnacle) of the Qur'an. Eighty angels came down with each one of it's verses and extracted the verse of the throne from under the throne, and it was joined to the other verses'

Abu Ummamah (radiAllahu anhu) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Whoever recites Ayat Al-Kursi immediately after each prescribed Prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death."

Imam Ahmad (rahimullah) said: It was narrated that Asma' bint Yazid ibn As-Sakan (radiAllahu anha) said, I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say about these two verses— "Allah! There is no god but He, the Ever-Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists..." [Al-Baraqah, 2: 255] and "Alif. Laam. Meem. Allah! None has the right to be worshiped but He, the Ever-Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists" ['Al 'Imran, 3: 1-2]— that they contain the greatest name of Allah.

Ubayy ibn Ka'b reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "O Abu'l-Mundhir! Do you know which ayat in the Book of Allah is greatest you have?' I said, 'Allah. there is no god but Him, the Living, the Self-Sustaining.' (W2:253; H2:256) He struck me on the chest and said, 'May knowledge delight you, Abu'l-Mundhir!'"

Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (radiAllahu anhu) said, 'Whoever recited ten verses from al-Baqarah in the night, Satan shall not have access to that house, during the night till he wakes in the morning. 3. " If any person, who writing my name, sends darood Sharif to me,then for as long as my name remains in that book, Angels will make Du'a of mercy for him. "
4. "Whoever recites Durood at my grave, I hear it myself. And whoesoever recites it from a distance, Angels present them to me." (BAIHAQI)
5. "On the day of Qiyamah, that person will be protected from the frightfulness of Qiyamah who recited durood abundantly to me." (SA'AYA)
6. "For the reciter of durood, Allah sends 70 blessings on him and the angels make dua for him 70 times."(TIBRANI)
7. " On the Day of Qiyamah, besides the Shadow of the Throne, there would be no other shadow.On that Day, Allah Almighty will especially Grant three kinds of
people a place under his trone:
1. Whosoever removed some difficulty of my Ummah and solved his hardship

3. And Whoever recited Doorud Sharif on me abundantly

DUROOD SHARIF SALAWAT IN THE LIGHT OF HOLY HADITH
"On the Day of Qiyamah, the closest to me from among the people will be those that have read the most amount of Durood ". (Tirmidhi: Kanzul Amaal)
"On the Day of Qiyamah, at all places the closest to me will be those that have read the most number of Durood ." (Sa-daatud Daarain)
"He who sends a single Durood upon me, Almighty Allah rewards him ten times and ten good deeds are recorded in his book of good deeds". (Tirmidhi)

Angels of Allah shower 70 blessings on a man who recites Durood once.
If a person recites 1,000 Durood Shareef daily, he will never die unless he himself sees his place in Heaven with his own eyes.

Al-Baqara
Sūrat al-Baqarah (Arabic: سورة البقرة, "The Cow") is the second and longest chapter (Surah) of the Qur'an. It is a Medinan sura (revealed to Muhammad when he was at Medina), with the exception of verse 281 which Muslims believe was revealed during The Farewell Pilgrimage. It is also considered to be one of the first chapters revealed after the Hijra from Mecca to Medina. The chapter comprises 286 verses (ayat) according to the division of Ali, the most widely accepted count among all Muslim denominations, and includes the single longest verse in the Qur'an (2:282). The surah's name references verses 66–72 which recall the story of a heifer sacrificed by the Israelites.
Surah al-Baqarah enjoins fasting on the believer during the month of Ramadan.
Background
Al-Baqarah is the longest surah of the Quran, having 286 verses. According to Muslim belief, this Medinan Surah was not revealed at once to Muhammad, but the various Islamic social circumstances and conditions are discussed among verses. Verse 281 is believed by Muslims to have been revealed during The Farewell Pilgrimage in Mecca. It is also considered to be one of the first chapters revealed after the Hijra from Mecca to Medina.

Allah
Allah (English pronunciation: /ˈælə/, /ˈɑːlə/ or /əlˈlɑː/;Arabic: الله Allāh, IPA: [ʔalˤˈlˤɑːh]) is the Arabic word for God (al ilāh, literally "the God"), referring to the God in Abrahamic religions. The word has cognates in other Semitic languages, including Elah in Aramaic, ʾĒl in Canaanite and Elohim in Hebrew.
It is now mainly used by Muslims to refer to God in Islam, but has been also used by Arab Christians since pre-Islamic times. Christians and Sikhs in West Malaysia also use and have used the word to refer to God. Etymology
The term Allāh is derived from a contraction of the Arabic definite article al- "the" and ilāh "deity, god" to al-lāh meaning "the deity", or "the God".Cognates of the name "Allāh" exist in other Semitic languages, including Hebrew and Aramaic. The corresponding Aramaic form is Elah (אלה), but its emphatic state is Elaha (אלהא). Muhammad
Muḥammad (Arabic: محمد; c. 570 CE – 8 June 632 CE), is the central figure of Islam and widely regarded as its founder. He is known to Muslims as the "Holy Prophet", almost all of whom consider him to be the last prophet sent by God to mankind to restore Islam, which they believe to be the unaltered original monotheistic faith of Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and other prophets. He united Arabia into a single Muslim polity and ensured that his teachings, practices, and the Quran, which Muslims believe was revealed to him by God, formed the basis of Islamic religious belief.
Born approximately in 570 CE in the Arabian city of Mecca, Muhammad was orphaned at an early age; he was raised under the care of his paternal uncle Abu Talib. After his childhood Muhammad primarily worked as a merchant. Occasionally, he would retreat to a cave named Hira in the mountains for several nights of seclusion and prayer; later, at age 40, he reported being visited by Gabriel in the cave and received his first revelation from God. Three years after this event Muhammad started preaching these revelations publicly, proclaiming that "God is One", that complete "surrender" (lit. islām) to him is the only way (dīn) acceptable to God, and that he was a prophet and messenger of God, similar to the other prophets in Islam.

O you who believe! Send Blessings (Durood) and Salutations (Salaams) on the Prophet with worthy Salutation".(Surah al-Ahzab: 56) --- Durood or Darood Shareef (from Persian: dorood) is an invocation which Muslims make by saying specific phrases to compliment the Islamic prophet Muhammad. (p.b.u.h.) Durood has various other names like Durood Sahreef, Salawat, Salat ala Nabi, Salat-un-Nabi. Qur'an --- Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe! Send ye blessings on him, and salute him with all respect. --- Qur'an, Sura 33 (al-Ahzab, ayah 56) In this verse of the Qur'an, God, the Mala'ikah and the Muslims have been mentioned as sending Durood upon Muhammad. (p.b.u.h.) So, Durood Shareef is actually a Dua in praise of Muhammad. (p.b.u.h.) When God sends Durood and Salaams upon Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) --- Hazrat Anas (radi Allahu anhu) narrates that Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) said: "He who reads a single Durood upon me, Almighty Allah blesses him ten times, ten of his sins are forgiven, and he is increased ten times in stages (internally). (Mishkaat) --- Hazrat Abdullah ibn Ma'sud (radi Allahu anhu) also narrates that Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (sallal laahu alaihi wasallam) said: "On the Day of Qiyamah, the closest to me from among the people will be those who have read the most amount of Durood Shareef". (Tirmidhi) HOLY PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WA SALLAM) HADITH ABOUT DUROOD SHARIF 1." On the day of Qiyamah the person closest to me will be the one who has sent the most Durood unto me. " (TIRMIZI) 2." On Fridays, send Durood abundantly on me, as it is presented before me. " (ABU DAWUD) 3. " If any person, who writing my name, sends darood Sharif to me,then for as long as my name remains in that book, Angels will make Du'a of mercy for him. " 4. "Whoever recites Durood at my grave, I hear it myself. And whoesoever recites it from a distance, Angels present them to me." (BAIHAQI) 5. "On the day of Qiyamah, that person will be protected from the frightfulness of Qiyamah who recited durood abundantly to me." (SA'AYA) 6. "For the reciter of durood, Allah sends 70 blessings on him and the angels make dua for him 70 times."(TIBRANI) 7. " On the Day of Qiyamah, besides the Shadow of the Throne, there would be no other shadow.On that Day, Allah Almighty will especially Grant three kinds of people a place under his trone: 1. Whosoever removed some difficulty of my Ummah and solved his hardship 2. Whoever revived my Sunnah 3. And Whoever recited Doorud Sharif on me abundantly 8."Allah Almighty has appointed a group of angels who travel the world, and in my Ummah, whoever sends salutatations to me, those salutations are presented to me by these angels." (IBNE HABBAN) 9." Recite durood sharief abundantly on me, it will be a means of cleanliness and purity for you." (ABU YA"LA) 10."Before whomsoever my mention is made, he should recite durood sharief upon me." (Nasa"I) 11. " Whosoever recites Durood Sharief on me 10 times in the morning and evening, I will intercede for him on the day of Qiyamah." (TIBRANI) 12. " Whosoever recites Durood Shareef a 1000 times on me daily, then before death he will see his abode in Jannah." ( SA'AYA) 13. " Whosoever recites Durood Sharief upon me once, the Allah Almighty orders the Kiraman-Katibeen not to record any (minor) sins of the reciter for 3 days." 14. " Send Durood Sharief on me, Allah will also send Durood on you." DUROOD SHARIF SALAWAT IN THE LIGHT OF HOLY HADITH "On the Day of Qiyamah, the closest to me from among the people will be those that have read the most amount of Durood ". (Tirmidhi: Kanzul Amaal) "On the Day of Qiyamah, at all places the closest to me will be those that have read the most number of Durood ." (Sa-daatud Daarain) "He who sends a single Durood upon me, Almighty Allah rewards him ten times and ten good deeds are recorded in his book of good deeds". (Tirmidhi) "He who reads a single Durood upon me, Almighty Allah blesses him ten times, ten of his sins are forgiven and he is increased ten times in stages (spiritually)". (Mishkaat) Angels of Allah shower 70 blessings on a man who recites Durood once. If a person recites 1,000 Durood Shareef daily, he will never die unless he himself sees his place in Heaven with his own eyes. -

Surah al Baqarah The Prophet said, 'The Qur'an and those who committed themselves to it will be presented on the Day of judgement, preceded by Surah al-Baqarah and Surah al Imran'. The Prophet said, 'The Qur'an and those who committed themselves to it will be presented on the Day of judgement, preceded by Surah al-Baqarah and Surah al Imran'.
[Muslim 805]
The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, 'Learn how to recite Surah al-Baqarah for there is a blessing in it, and there is sorrow for abandoning it, and it is unbearable for the idle' and that 'al Baqarah and al Imran are like two flowers which will shade their learner on the day of Judgement, as if there were two large clouds or two flocks of birds'.
[Ahmad 21872 & Buraida al-Aslami Muslim 1/553]
The Prophet said, 'Recite Surah al Baqarah in your dwellings and do not keep them as tombs. He also said that whoever recited Surah al Baqarah at night would be crowned with a crown of paradise.'
[Baihaqi in Al-Shuaib]
Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "Do not turn your houses into graves. Shaitan is barred from any house in which Surat al-Baqarah (2) is recited." [Muslim 780, 4: 1707]
The Prophet was asked, 'Which part of the Qur'an is the best?'. He replied, 'The Surah in which the cow is mentioned'. He was then asked 'Which part of that Surah?'. He replied, 'The verse of the Throne and the last pasrt of Surah al Baqarah came down from under the Throne'
[Darimi 3248]
The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, 'Al Baqarah is the top (or pinnacle) of the Qur'an. Eighty angels came down with each one of it's verses and extracted the verse of the throne from under the throne, and it was joined to the other verses'
[Ahmad 5/26]
Abu Ummamah (radiAllahu anhu) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Whoever recites Ayat Al-Kursi immediately after each prescribed Prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death."
[an-Nasa'i, Ibn Hibban, Darimi 3249/A]
Imam Ahmad (rahimullah) said: It was narrated that Asma' bint Yazid ibn As-Sakan (radiAllahu anha) said, I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say about these two verses— "Allah! There is no god but He, the Ever-Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists..." [Al-Baraqah, 2: 255] and "Alif. Laam. Meem. Allah! None has the right to be worshiped but He, the Ever-Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists" ['Al 'Imran, 3: 1-2]— that they contain the greatest name of Allah.
[abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi, Tafsir of Imam Ibn Kathir]
Ubayy ibn Ka'b reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "O Abu'l-Mundhir! Do you know which ayat in the Book of Allah is greatest you have?' I said, 'Allah. there is no god but Him, the Living, the Self-Sustaining.' (W2:253; H2:256) He struck me on the chest and said, 'May knowledge delight you, Abu'l-Mundhir!'"
[Muslim, Riyad as-Salihin by Imam an-Nawawi]
Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (radiAllahu anhu) said, 'Whoever recited ten verses from al-Baqarah in the night, Satan shall not have access to that house, during the night till he wakes in the morning. These are: Four from the first part of the Surah, followed by the verse of the Throne, two verses after the verse of the Throne and three from the last part of the Surah'.

Abu Umamah (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, 'Recite Surah al-Baqarah: for to hold on to it is a barakah (blessing), to leave it is a regret'

Abu Hurairah (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, 'Everything has a hump, and the hump of the Qur'an is al-Baqarah'

Abu Mas'ud al-Badri (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "If anyone recites the two ayats at the end of Surat al-Baqarah (2) at night, they will be enough for him."

Abu Mas'ud al-Badri (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, "If anyone recites the two ayats at the end of Surat al-Baqarah (2) at night, they will be enough for him."

O you who believe! Send Blessings (Durood) and Salutations (Salaams) on the Prophet with worthy Salutation".(Surah al-Ahzab: 56) --- Durood or Darood Shareef (from Persian: dorood) is an invocation which Muslims make by saying specific phrases to compliment the Islamic prophet Muhammad. (p.b.u.h.) Durood has various other names like Durood Sahreef, Salawat, Salat ala Nabi, Salat-un-Nabi. Qur'an --- Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe! Send ye blessings on him, and salute him with all respect. --- Qur'an, Sura 33 (al-Ahzab, ayah 56) In this verse of the Qur'an, God, the Mala'ikah and the Muslims have been mentioned as sending Durood upon Muhammad. (p.b.u.h.) So, Durood Shareef is actually a Dua in praise of Muhammad. (p.b.u.h.) When God sends Durood and Salaams upon Muhammad (p.b.u.h.)

HOLY PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SALLALLAHU ALAYHI WA SALLAM) HADITH ABOUT DUROOD SHARIF
1." On the day of Qiyamah the person closest to me will be the one who has sent the most Durood unto me. " (TIRMIZI)
2." On Fridays, send Durood abundantly on me, as it is presented before me. " (ABU DAWUD)
3. " If any person, who writing my name, sends darood Sharif to me,then for as long as my name remains in that book, Angels will make Du'a of mercy for him. "
4. "Whoever recites Durood at my grave, I hear it myself. And whoesoever recites it from a distance, Angels present them to me." (BAIHAQI)
5. "On the day of Qiyamah, that person will be protected from the frightfulness of Qiyamah who recited durood abundantly to me." (SA'AYA)
6. "For the reciter of durood, Allah sends 70 blessings on him and the angels make dua for him 70 times."(TIBRANI)
7. " On the Day of Qiyamah, besides the Shadow of the Throne, there would be no other shadow.On that Day, Allah Almighty will especially Grant three kinds of
people a place under his trone:
1. Whosoever removed some difficulty of my Ummah and solved his hardship
2. Whoever revived my Sunnah
3. And Whoever recited Doorud Sharif on me abundantly
8."Allah Almighty has appointed a group of angels who travel the world, and in my Ummah, whoever sends salutatations to me, those salutations are presented to me
by these angels." (IBNE HABBAN)
9." Recite durood sharief abundantly on me, it will be a means of cleanliness and purity for you." (ABU YA"LA)
10."Before whomsoever my mention is made, he should recite durood sharief upon me." (Nasa"I)
11. " Whosoever recites Durood Sharief on me 10 times in the morning and evening, I will intercede for him on the day of Qiyamah." (TIBRANI)
12. " Whosoever recites Durood Shareef a 1000 times on me daily, then before death he will see his abode in Jannah." ( SA'AYA)
13. " Whosoever recites Durood Sharief upon me once, the Allah Almighty orders the Kiraman-Katibeen not to record any (minor) sins of the reciter for 3 days."
14. " Send Durood Sharief on me, Allah will also send Durood on you."
DUROOD SHARIF SALAWAT IN THE LIGHT OF HOLY HADITH

If a person recites 1,000 Durood Shareef daily, he will never die unless he himself sees his place in Heaven with his own eyes.

Surah Al-Baqarah (Arab: البقرة , al-Baqarah, "Sapi Betina") adalah surah ke-2 dalam Al-Qur'an. Surah ini terdiri dari 286 ayat, 6.221 kata, dan 25.500 huruf dan tergolong surah Madaniyah. Sebagian besar ayat dalam surah ini diturunkan pada permulaan hijrah, kecuali ayat 281 yang diturunkan di Mina saat peristiwa Haji Wada'. Surah ini merupakan surah terpanjang dalam Al-Qur'an. Surah ini dinamai al-Baqarah yang artinya Sapi Betina karena di dalam surah ini terdapat kisah penyembelihan sapi betina yang diperintahkan Allah kepada Bani Israil (ayat 67-74). Surah ini juga dinamai Fustatul Qur'an (Puncak Al-Qur'an) karena memuat beberapa hukum yang tidak disebutkan dalam surah yang lain. Dinamai juga surat Alif Lam Mim karena surah ini dimulai dengan huruf arab Alif Lam dan Mim.
