The new redrawn border between the two Carolinas has played havoc with 19 homeowners who have recently learned their address is in the wrong state. The border was drawn to exact specifications using GPS equipment, which is technology that was not available when the border was first laid out in 1735. Back in colonial times notches on trees usually marked the boundaries and the math was done in the surveyors' heads....
