Proof of Life, is the second studio album by American rock singer Scott Stapp released on November 5, 2013. It's Stapp's first new material since the release of his 2012 uncensored memoir, Sinner's Creed, which Stapp shared his life story for the first time. "This is the most meaningful record of my career," says Stapp. "I've made a lot of messes in my life but I've learned I can take a mess and turn it into a message. This album chronicles my struggles, my journey and it's the most honest record I have ever written". The album was produced by Howard Benson and mixed by Chris Lord-Alge
Proof of Life has received mixed feedback from music critics. Stephen Thomas Erlewine of AllMusic describes the album as "something of a travelogue of a dark night of the soul," and writes that Stapp is "at home when he's allowed to bellow alongside massive walls of guitars." Jack Arlin of SPIN said of the album, "it's oddly diverse. Stapp's reputation as a neo-grunge belter may be changing."
Break Out (Hangul: 라이터를 켜라; RR: Laiteoreul Kyeora; lit. "Spark the Lighter") is a 2002 South Korean film.
A loser, Bong-gu (Kim Seung-woo), attends a high school reunion, where he is ridiculed for his lack of accomplishments. The next day he goes to the country for army reserve training, where he encounters further humiliation and failure. With his last few won he purchases a cheap cigarette lighter. With no other way home, he shares a taxi to Seoul train station with a fellow reservist and malcontent named Bum-soo (Kang Sung-jin).
While at the station, Bong-gu leaves his lighter in a bathroom stall, where it is purloined by a gangster, Yang Chul-gon (Cha Seung-won). Enraged beyond endurance, Bong-gu demands the lighter back, provoking a beating from the gangster's underlings. Undeterred, he follows Chul-gon onto a train. There, Chul-gon has more important business to attend to, waylaying a senator (Park Yeong-gyu) whom he had helped into office but who has since refused to reciprocate with any political favors. When the senator stubbornly refuses to concede, Chul-gon takes the entire train hostage. Meanwhile, Bong-gu will stop at nothing to recover his lighter.

Break out
Ignite the matches
TO EXPLODE
Break out
Let's not imagine
JUST LET GO
With our names engraved in stone
WE'LL ALL DIE ALONE
I had to FIGHT for what I have
Always taking chances always finding something more
WE ARE what we choose to be in life
Nothing is impossible, I can make it ON MY OWN
It's time to take risks or imagine A LIFE WITH REGRET
Don't you dare say to me;
"I never had the chance"
"It's always out of reach"
"Forget my dreams"
THIS IS OUR TIME
TO FEEL ALIVE
And live each day
