I think Madhuri knows what she is worth right now in BW. She has a legacy ...right now she is trying to make as much money as she could in television and go back to her life in US when even this is over.

The saying goes " you got to leave the table when love is no longer being saved " . She is such a contrast from yesteryear stars like sadhana , nanda who we never heard about once they left movies .
The saying also goes 'there's no such thing as a free lunch'. Endemol is the production company for "So You Think You can Dance". The company will not pay Madhuri to be the star judge of the show without any reason. They know Madhuri still has a massive fan following and can bring revenue for the company. One should never forget that Amitabjh Bachhan revived his career after hosting "Kaun Banega Crorepati". So never underestimate the power of television.
Madhuri Dixit was better off being in the US and flying down to India for that odd film or two . Now she is all over TV , the overexposure is doing her no good , don't hear of any good films in her kitty. And how many dance shows is she going to judge ? Throw in a host that will swoon all over her and shove it in our faces that she was a star ! Next we will hear she does Saas bahu ekta serials !
What's wrong with Madhuri judging a dance show? She is a dancer. Karan Johar, a hugely successful director and producer, also judge a couple of shows on television !! Salman Khan is hosting Big Boss for several seasons. Amitabh Bachhan is hosting Kaun Banenga Crorepati. If you have zero talent...that is okay..but do not demean the actors who perform in serials.
Time she updated her hairstyle. A shoulder-length cut with long layers will look great on her. It'll give her a chc, sophisticated look. Why the compulsion to keep hair long just because everyone has it? The same will work for Sridevi, too.
Madhuri is one beauty who looks out of the world in simple dressing such as this. Love her!
I'm such a big fan of Madhuri Dixit but I feel sorry for her now. She has nothing to do in Bollywood besides do silly ads, over dress up to events and do these dancing shows. I wish she respectfully retired and returned to cinema only when she had something good to offer. These dance reality show judges make me cringe because they have to be so incredibly fake.
Agree with you to an extent as she's hugely talented to be a part of these dance based shows but no need to show pity on on her. She is earning nearly 2Cr/episode. Her fee in Jhalak was no less either. And it takes not much from her. Pity on us who work day and night and still can manage just a decent living. Madhuri Dixit is still a big brand and it's her hard work in all those years which will always pay back. Let her enjoy. She is very patient and have rejected many films as she didn't like the role. It's not the lack of film offers for sure. She wants something interesting enough.
