A short documentary on the famous and important places in Jamshedpur.
Jamshedpur is the most populous urban agglomeration in the Indian state of Jharkhand. Jamshedpur is the headquarters of the East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand. According to the 2011 census of India, East Singhbhum (Jamshedpur & Seraikela-Kharsawan) district has current population of 1,337,131; the Jamshedpur urban agglomeration (UA), which includes the adjoining areas, Jamshedpur Urban Area is the third Largest place in Eastern India. It is located on the Chota Nagpur plateau and is surrounded by the picturesque Dalma Hills. The city is bordered by the rivers Subarnarekha and Kharkai on the north and west parts of the city. Jamshedpur has been predicted as the 84th fastest growing city in the world for the timeframe 2006–2020 with average annual growth of 2.59%.
In 1919 Lord Chelmsford named the city, which was early a village called Sakchi, to Jamshedpur in honour of its founder, Jamsetji Tata, whose birthday is celebrated on 3 March as Founder's Day. J. N. Tata had written to his son Dorabji Tata about his vision of a great city in the area. On Founders Day, the 225-acre (0.91 km2) Jubilee Park is decorated with brilliant light work for about a week.
The city has several nicknames, including "Industrial capital of Jharkhand" (spontaneous among native youngsters); "Steel City" (which was referenced during Tata Steel's "Green City—Clean City—Steel City" campaign); "Tatanagar" after the name of its railway station or simply "Tata" in deference to the presence of Tata companies. At one time it was also known as "Kalimati" (meaning "Land of Goddess Kali") after the village near the Sakchi area. Sakchi was renamed to Jamshedpur in 1919. The only trace of the name is the main road through Sakchi area of Jamshedpur which is named Kalimati Road.

Now-a-days suicide is a common instance among the youth. It could be due to burden of study, love affairs, peer pressure or provocations of different kinds. But everyone has only one life to live. One may be turned down at times, but struggling and trying for a second chance is what life is all about.
It is about a boy named SAHIL, from a rural area, who has academically excelled in his board examinations. This developed over confidence in him and led to his failure in the college exams. He is got insulted by each and everyone but somehow he became friend with a girl named ANANYA. Love brewed between them but she rejected him when he proposed to her. This left him devastated and he, being utterly depressed, tried to commit suicide. "A friend in need is a friend indeed" became so true when his friend named AAKASH somehow consoled him, leading him to turn over a new leaf. His past still haunted him but with the dint of his courage, he managed to focus on his career and ended up getting a job in foreign. After that when she comes to take his last glance then he scold on her. Somehow he realizes that she always in love with him and thereby story ends with SAHIL winning his love back.

Now-a-days suicide is a common instance among the youth. It could be due to burden of study, love affairs, peer pressure or provocations of different kinds. But everyone has only one life to live. One may be turned down at times, but struggling and trying for a second chance is what life is all about.
It is about a boy named SAHIL, from a rural area, who has academically excelled in his board examinations. This developed over confidence in him and led to his failure in the college exams. He is got insulted by each and everyone but somehow he became friend with a girl named ANANYA. Love brewed between them but she rejected him when he proposed to her. This left him devastated and he, being utterly depressed, tried to commit suicide. "A friend in need is a friend indeed" became so true when his friend named AAKASH somehow consoled him, leading him to turn over a new leaf. His past still haunted him but with the dint of his courage, he managed to focus on his career and ended up getting a job in foreign. After that when she comes to take his last glance then he scold on her. Somehow he realizes that she always in love with him and thereby story ends with SAHIL winning his love back.
