Now this video I'm going to be sharing with you three things you must give up in order to open your third eye. Now I believe that this video can give you a deeper understanding as to what the third eye is and how to go about opening it in a way that is very relatable because many times when it comes to the idea of the third eye there is a tendency to think that it's as big and mystical thing that it's something that we can't actually achieve for ourselves. And that's what I'd like to do with this video is clear that idea up. Now let's first off begin with what it means to really open our third eye. What I like to do for this is to give an example of something that explains the symbolism of what it really means. Now the third eye normally is attributed towards abilities of extrasensory perception. But what I'm going to be speaking about it is that it can't be that. But it can also be an understanding of it. From this point of view I imagine your third eye which is normally depicted as being right above the brown light right about right between this spot right here. Now the idea behind it is that we have our two eyes which can be symbolized with duality. We have a left eye we have a right eye and in our lives we notice the good and bad nature of things we have left right good bad dark light. And the idea behind this is that we see the two polar opposites we're able to see the contrast. Now the idea behind transcending duality is that when we close our eyes to duality we close the idea of attachment to labels and identification or our ego. We then open up the third eye which has a grander level of perception can be symbolized by aping a little bit further up. Now the idea behind this is that we're able to see in a more clear sense there's much more clarity from this point of view and then that is the perception of what our third eye can see. Now we can see this as because the cloudiness of the mind because the muddiness of sometimes the identification of thoughts can bring by closing our eyes to those identification into those forms we open up clarity we allow there to be less stimulation therefore allowing us the clarity to use it. The idea is that everyone's third eye can be open if they simply become more adhered to the silence and that they simply decide to let go of the identity of their ego. Now that could be something maybe that's easier said than done but the first step of this process and the thing that we must let go of to really open our third eye is just that it's the identification to labels and the identification to duality the being good and bad. Now this doesn't mean that we completely look at it and we're ignorant to the fact that those exist. It means simply that we aren't attached to one being better than the other. We aren't attached to things being a certain way and by not having that attachment we are ourself to than see from a higher point of view it allows us to really neutralize the different perspectives. Now we can also see this and I talk about this a lot of my channel the idea that everything in our life is inherently neutral depending upon what meaning we give to certain things. That's the effect that we get out of it. Now the power and having this understanding is that it allows you to raise the consciousness to be able to see and to really label to reform certain circumstances in our own life. This allows us to detach from certain perspectives that hold us down because in order to see from that higher perspective we must let go of the things that we're attached to and if we're attached to these perspectives that say that we're victims perspectives that say that that is good this is bad then what we're doing is we're entrained into that way of thinking. So if we simply decide to observe our thoughts if we decide to neutralize the meanings of things in our life we will inherently then allow ourselves the ability to see from this higher point of view this point of view is a higher level of awareness. This point of view is seen everything as equally good or bad. But it sees it as whatever we make it. It's understanding that our beliefs are creating our reality. And with this level of perception we're able to understand people at a different level. We're able to have a more empathic feeling towards other people which some people call that answer the extrasensory perception.
