STURBRIDGE — A contract covering OFS workers who authorized a strike has been extended to June 29 while negotiations on a new agreement continue.The contract, which had been due to expire May 28, covers nearly 300 OFS workers in Sturbridge and Norcross, Georgia, who are represented by the Communications Workers of America.OFS Fitel LLC is a maker of fiber optic cables and products....

The state government has issued an order to confiscate nine hectares of land of former deputy chief minister Chhagan Bhujbal's Mumbai Education Trust (MET) near Govardhan village, 12 km from Nashik ...
