Case in point would be the latest mostly debunked web version of an urban myth regarding the recently ISIS destroyed ruins of the Temple of Baal (also translated as Baalim or Belial depending on which ancient Levantine language is used) in Palmyra, Syria. Despite the sensational email making the usual rounds of inboxes and various weblogs, reporter Hazel Torres of the Christianity Today news portal cites on Apr. 6, 2016, managed to sift through the hyperbole to uncover the kernel of truth.
In what was first reported by The Guardian newspaper of Great Britain on Dec. 28, 2015, a joint venture between the Institute for Digital Archaeology, America's Harvard University, Britain's University of Oxford, The Museum of the Future in the United Arab Emirates, and the United Nations - UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), 3D printed replicas of the temple's 15 meter tall archway would be erected in both New York City's Times Square and also in London's Trafalgar Square. The temporary exposition was described as "a gesture of defiance against religious extremists’ attempts to erase evidence of the Middle East’s pre-Islamic history."
As a supposed act of defiance, The Institute of Digital Archaeology, Harvard University, and UNESCO are erecting 43 foot tall 23 foot wide Arches of the Temple of Baal in New York’s Times Square and London’s Trafalgar Square.
The date to unveil the arches falls directly on the celebration of the all important pagan holiday Beltane, and anniversary The English Babylon comes from Greek Babylṓn (Βαβυλών), a transliteration of the Akkadian Babili. Ok, I'm freaked out now, not that I was'nt before but.
I just found this thread now.
For a very long time I have been thinking that the reason for the US being in Iraq was because they were "looking" for some thing.
I don't think it has anything to do with oil.
It seems that they are looking for something and hav'nt found it. So if they are looking for "something" what is it and how do they know where to look.
I first thought they were looking for the Ark of the Covenent, but I later changed my mindset to ancient alien technology.
They could be also looking for people with genetic links to the Sumerian King list/tablet.
Either way you look at it Iraq is the birtplace of civilization, and if aliens did create us or minipulated our DNA that is where it would have taken place. Iif aliens left artifacts on earth, thats where they would be located.
They know something that we don't.

For a very long time I have been thinking that the reason for the US being in Iraq was because they were "looking" for some thing. I don't think it has anything to do with oil. In what was first reported by The Guardian newspaper of Great Britain on Dec. 28, 2015, a joint venture between the Institute for Digital Archaeology, America's Harvard University, Britain's University of Oxford, The Museum of the Future in the United Arab Emirates, and the United Nations - UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), 3D printed replicas of the temple's 15 meter tall archway would be erected in both New York City's Times Square and also in London's Trafalgar Square. The temporary exposition was described as "a gesture of defiance against religious extremists’ attempts to erase evidence of the Middle East’s pre-Islamic history."
As a supposed act of defiance, The Institute of Digital Archaeology, Harvard University, and UNESCO are erecting 43 foot tall 23 foot wide Arches of the Temple of Baal in New York’s Times Square and London’s Trafalgar Square.
The date to unveil the arches falls directly on the celebration of the all important pagan holiday Beltane, and anniversary The English Babylon comes from Greek Babylṓn (Βαβυλών), a transliteration of the Akkadian Babili. Ali Base (ICAO: ORTL) is a military airbase located near Nasiriyah, Iraq. It was formerly known as Tallil Air Base. The base, called Camp Adder by the United States Army, has United States forces on it, including USAF and USMC, as well as being home to coalition forces from Australia (Camp Terendak; Australian Battlegroup withdrew June 1st 2008) and Romania (Camp Drakula). Camp Adder is also the home to three Provincial Reconstruction Teams for the provinces of Dhi Qar, Muthanna, and Maysan. The Dhi Qar team is Italian led, while the Muthanna and Maysan teams are headed by U.S. State Department officers.
The airfield is served by two main runways measuring 12,000 and 9,700 feet. It was a fighter base before the 1991 Gulf War when it was heavily damaged. According to the Gulf War Air Power Survey, Tallil had 36 hardened aircraft shelters. At the each end of the main runway are hardened aircraft shelters knowns as "trapezoids" or "Yugos" which were built by Yugoslavian contractors some time prior to 1985. Tallil occupies 30 square kilometers and is protected by 22 kilometers of security perimeter.

The Ziggurat (or Great Ziggurat) of Ur (Sumerian: é-temen-ní-gùru "Etemenniguru", meaning "temple whose foundation creates aura") is a Neo-Sumerian ziggurat in what was the city of Ur near Nasiriyah, in present-day Dhi Qar Province, Iraq. The structure was built during the Early Bronze Age (21st century BC), but had crumbled to ruins by the 6th century BC of the Neo-Babylonian period when it was restored by King Nabonidus.
Its remains were excavated in the 1920s and 1930s by Sir Leonard Woolley. Under Saddam Hussein in the 1980s, they were encased by a partial reconstruction of the façade and the monumental staircase. The ziggurat of Ur is the best-preserved of those known from Iran and Iraq, besides the ziggurat of Dur Untash (Chogha Zanbil). It is one of three well preserved structures of the Neo-Sumerian city of Ur, along with the Royal Mausolea and the Palace of Ur-Nammu (the E-hursag).

Ok, I'm freaked out now, not that I was'nt before but.
I just found this thread now.
For a very long time I have been thinking that the reason for the US being in Iraq was because they were "looking" for some thing.
I don't think it has anything to do with oil.
It seems that they are looking for something and hav'nt found it. So if they are looking for "something" what is it and how do they know where to look.
I first thought they were looking for the Ark of the Covenent, but I later changed my mindset to ancient alien technology.
They could be also looking for people with genetic links to the Sumerian King list/tablet.
Either way you look at it Iraq is the birtplace of civilization, and if aliens did create us or minipulated our DNA that is where it would have taken place. Iif aliens left artifacts on earth, thats where they would be located.
They know something that we don't.

Ali Base (ICAO: ORTL) is a military airbase located near Nasiriyah, Iraq. It was formerly known as Tallil Air Base. The base, called Camp Adder by the United States Army, has United States forces on it, including USAF and USMC, as well as being home to coalition forces from Australia (Camp Terendak; Australian Battlegroup withdrew June 1st 2008) and Romania (Camp Drakula). Camp Adder is also the home to three Provincial Reconstruction Teams for the provinces of Dhi Qar, Muthanna, and Maysan. The Dhi Qar team is Italian led, while the Muthanna and Maysan teams are headed by U.S. State Department officers.
The airfield is served by two main runways measuring 12,000 and 9,700 feet. It was a fighter base before the 1991 Gulf War when it was heavily damaged. According to the Gulf War Air Power Survey, Tallil had 36 hardened aircraft shelters. At the each end of the main runway are hardened aircraft shelters knowns as "trapezoids" or "Yugos" which were built by Yugoslavian contractors some time prior to 1985. Tallil occupies 30 square kilometers and is protected by 22 kilometers of security perimeter.
