The GYP is a worldwide network of urban youth partnering with local governments and organizations, international institutions, private sector and each other to improve the quality of urban life. MHP Grup Başkanvekili Oktay Vural, Melih Gökçek'in 2006 yılı Haziran ayı sonunda Glocal Forum adlı forum düzenlediğini belirten Vural, bu forumun başında İsrail Dış İlişkiler Konseyi Başkanı Büyükelçi David Kimche'nin bulunduğunu ileri sürdü.Bu kişinin, MOSSAD'ın ikinci adamı olduğunu iddia eden Vural, '' Gökçek'in, bu kişilerle alakası ne?'' diye sordu.
Vural, TBMM'de düzenlediği basın toplantısında, Ankara'nın rantının nereye gittiği hakkındaki iddialara, Ankara Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Melih Gökçek'in cevap veremediğini, ancak yargı sürecinde cevap vermek durumunda kalacağını söyledi.
Gökçek'in siyasi polemik yaptığını öne süren Vural, Ülkücüler, milliyetçiler üzerinden oyun oynuyor. Ülkücüler kimsenin adamı değildir. Gökçek, ülkücülüğü bilmiyor. Davası da hiç olmamış birisidir. Onun için, koltuk sevdası var. Koltuğu uğruna her türlü fitne ve fesadı oluşturmaktan kaçınmayan yaklaşım tarzı sergiliyor. Bizler mücadele ederken, Gökçek, karyolasının altında saklanıyordu diye konuştu.
Basın toplantısına dosyalar ve üzerinde, ANAP, Refah, Fazilet, DP ve AKP yazan bir topaç da getiren Vural, şöyle devam etti:
Bu adamın davasının ne olduğunu dosyalar ortaya koymaktadır. Gerçekten davası olmayan bu adamın siyasi partiler yelpazesinde yer aldığı görülüyor. Oradan oraya, buradan buraya... Bunlara cevap veremeyen Gökçek, MHP üzerinde senaryo üretiyor. Aslında bu, kendi partisi hakkındaki düşünceleridir. Bu bakımdan adeta suç üzerindeyken yakalanmıştır. Fitne ve fesattan kendini alıkoyamıyor. Partiler arasına, insanlar arasına fitne sokuyor, bundan medet umuyor. Gökçek, gıybet siyaseti yapıyor. Gıybeti siyaset zannediyor. Fitne ve fesat üretmek esas görevi olmuş. Böyle bir siyasi anlayışın muhafazakarlıkla, siyaset adamlığı ile hiç alakası yok.
Gökçek'in tehdit ve şantajla herkesi yıldıracağını zannettiğini savunan Vural, Sen kendini ne zannediyorsun? Ali kıran baş kesen misin? Yaptığın bu Ceyar'lığın hesabını vermeyeceğini mi zannediyorsun? dedi.

Vural ayrıca, Gökçek'in, 2-3 milyar dolar serveti olan belediye başkanının kim olduğunu biliyorsa bunu Ankaralılarla paylaşmasını istediğini söyledi.
Oktay Vural, İçişleri Bakanlığından Gökçek hakkındaki iddialarla ilgili soruşturmanın önünü açmasını beklediklerini belirterek, Ankaralılar da Gökçek'e, 'last minute' diyecek diye konuştu.
Melih Gökçek'in, 2 Mart 2009'da Umre'ye gittiğini ifade ettiğini belirten Vural, Daha önce sormuştum. Hangi uçakla ve kiminle gitti diye. Yarın uçağın kuyruk numarası ve destinasyonunu vereceğim ve kendisine soracağım, 'acaba bu uçakta mıydınız?' Kendisi bugünden açıklama yaparsa, kamuoyunu daha sağlıklı bilgilendirir diye konuştu.

Glocal Forum
The Glocal Forum is an international organization in the field of city-to-city cooperation; encouraging peace building and international development in the non-governmental sector. It emphasizes the central role of cities in international relations and subscribes to a glocalization vision.
Purpose
The Glocal Forum was created in 2001 to emphasize the role of local authorities in the world governance system. 25 cities attended the first meeting in Rome in 2002. The Glocal Forum focuses on empowering local communities by linking them to one another and to global resources, in order to achieve social improvement, democratic growth, peace and a balance between global opportunities and local realities.
In 2007, the Global Forum had over 100 member cities, including all cities that had more than 500,000 residents. The Global Forum is based in Rome.
2007 participants in the Global Forum include Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Agadir, Morocco; Akron, Ohio; Athens; Baghdad; Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; Boston; Brussels; Dushanbe, Tajikistan; Dubai; Florence, Italy; Freetown, Sierra Leone; Kabul, Afghanistan; Karachi, Pakistan; Khartoum, Sudan; Kigali, Rwanda; Chișinău, Moldova; Managua, Nicaragua; Marseille, France; Moscow; Nablus; Philadelphia; Pristina, Kosovo; Rishon LeZion and Rosh HaAyin; Sana'a, Yemen; São Paulo, Brazil; Sofia, Bulgaria; Vienna; and Washington, D.C. According to Al Bawaba, "The Glocal network is made up of cities from Europe (50%), the United States (14%), Africa and the Middle East (22%), Asia (8%) and Latin America (6%)."

Bunlara cevap veremeyen Gökçek, MHP üzerinde senaryo üretiyor. Aslında bu, kendi partisi hakkındaki düşünceleridir. Bu bakımdan adeta suç üzerindeyken yakalanmıştır. Fitne ve fesattan kendini alıkoyamıyor. Partiler arasına, insanlar arasına fitne sokuyor, bundan medet umuyor. Gökçek, gıybet siyaseti yapıyor. Gıybeti siyaset zannediyor. Fitne ve fesat üretmek esas görevi olmuş. Böyle bir siyasi anlayışın muhafazakarlıkla, siyaset adamlığı ile hiç alakası yok.

Vural, TBMM'de düzenlediği basın toplantısında, Ankara'nın rantının nereye gittiği hakkındaki iddialara, Ankara Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Melih Gökçek'in cevap veremediğini, ancak yargı sürecinde cevap vermek durumunda kalacağını söyledi.
Gökçek'in siyasi polemik yaptığını öne süren Vural, Ülkücüler, milliyetçiler üzerinden oyun oynuyor. Ülkücüler kimsenin adamı değildir. Gökçek, ülkücülüğü bilmiyor. Davası da hiç olmamış birisidir. Onun için, koltuk sevdası var. Koltuğu uğruna her türlü fitne ve fesadı oluşturmaktan kaçınmayan yaklaşım tarzı sergiliyor.
