If you're a selfie enthusiast of any sort, you'll know getting a good one comes down to two things: lighting, and your angles.
Australian blogger Constance Hall, who's gained over 679,000 followers for her refreshingly frank parenting posts, has done it again with a pair of photos that illustrate that point.
Hall posted two selfies, one shot from below and one from straight ahead. She's absolutely gorgeous, but the one on the right is clearly the sort Hall would usually post.
Hall posted the pictures with her typical good humour, saying "It's all about angles," and following up with a series of crying-with-laughter emojis.
Her followers, who Hall refers to as Queens, joined her, posting their own side-by-side shots and saluting her positivity.
"This little body has served me well and gone through some tough times, but it's survived, thrived even. A sense of humour and acceptance can get you through anything," wrote Stacey Blackwell.
"Oh thank you so much for sharing this.....I was recently really upset to see a photo of myself looking so entirely different to how I think of myself! My friends all said it was the angle ....I blame my dear dads poor photography skills!!" said Natasha Kolb.
This latest post comes after Hall rose to prominence for her blogs on "parent sex" and coping as a new mum.
The Perth mum-of-four raised over $150,000 this March to build a safe house for girls in Kenya.
