The film stars Ajith Kumar in a dual role while Meena and Kiran play female leads. Sujatha, Fesi Vijayan, Karunaas and Ramesh Khanna appear in other significant roles, while Vidyasagar composed the score and soundtrack for the film. It opened to positive reviews and became a major box office success among Deepavali releases of 2002, with Ajith's performance leading to his second Filmfare Award for Best Actor. One of the twins is a bus conductor and the other is handicapped. The elder one, Shiva, overhears his parents' plot to kill his mildly retarded brother, Vishnu. He runs away to another city, with his adorable brother, and strives hard to look after Vishnu. As a result of an incident when 'dada' Sundara Moorthy, who runs a beggar trade beats Vishnu brutally, Vishnu becomes handicapped for life. Shiva leaves Vishnu in a home run by a social worker (Sujatha). During the day, Shiva works as a bus conductor, and at the same time, poses as the handicapped Vishnu: to play Robin Hood and steal from the rich and corrupt. A gang including Thangam (Meena), Ramesh Khanna and others assist him in these operations. He is never suspected, and so, with the stolen money, he takes care of not only Vishnu but also 800 people in other institutions for the physically handicapped. A college student Lavanya (Kiran Rathod) falls in love with Shiva, but Shiva later comes to know that she is the sister-in-law of the 'dada' who handicapped Vishnu. Matters worsen when Sundara Moorthy becomes the chairman of the institute for the physically handicapped. How Shiva deals with the situation forms the rest of the story. Meanwhile Thangam is in love with Shiva, though he does not know this. Later she gives up her love and lets Lavanya marry Shiva.At last Shiva marries Lavanya and Thangam marries Vishnu. Final day of Playlist Live Orlando 2016 is officially complete! So glad I got to bring you guys along and meet so much of the Cuckoo Squad in the last few days. Universal Studios was epic and the entire weekend will be one that I will never forget!! If you're wondering about the impetigo infection I was diagnosed with, it feels a lot better and should be gone by the end of the week. Ragini, who makes several vain attempts to escape from the clutches of Veeraiah. The latter don't harm to Ragini. She realises that Veeraiah"s act is justified. Heck, for the majority of the movie, he’s not even an embodiment… just an evil evil all-seeing eye. Lil Ze City of God (2002) First among villains that scared the sh*t out of us, since he’s an unpredictable monster in what’s not strictly a monster movie. Max Cady Cape Fear (1962 & 1991) Max Cady is relentless, literally going to the ends of the earth for revenge. And he’s terrifying in the process. The Joker The Dark Knight (2008) There’s reason Batman and the Joker have been antagonists for the better part of a century: because the Clown Prince of Crime laughing chaos is the perfect foil to Batman’s grim, studied quest for justice. The Reverend Harry Powell The Night of The Hunter (1955) We’re not sure we’ve ever enjoyed hating a movie character more than this self-righteous, yet utterly despicable reverend. Man, we really want to smack him in the face. Hannibal Lecter The Silence of The Lambs (1991) and sequels Dr. Lecter enjoys fine music, is soft spoken, and sympathetic, yet he eats people’s body parts and has to be kept fully restrained. Yet… we still kinda like him. Hannibal’s complexity makes him one of the greatest movie villains of all time. Hans Beckert M (1931) It’s rare to see an honest dose of humanity mixed in with movie villains, much less in 80-year-old films about child murderers, but when we see Hans Beckert’s clearly trapped in his own psychological prison, it changes the entire tone of the story, and that certainly makes it worth a shot on our list. Anton Chigurh No Country For Old Man (2007) Perhaps the only thing more terrifying than realizing the humanity in the villain is coming face-to-face with an utter lack of humanity. And that’s what Javier Bardem manages to portray an Anton Chigurh. Norman Bates Psycho (1960) Norman Bates is certainly a psycho, but it’s a chillingly human kind of crazy. He’s a nice young man who loves his mother, but in the most twisted way imaginable. Frank Booth Blue Velvet (1986) Looking at Frank Booth’s twisted perversions is almost, just, maybe like looking into a dark mirror at ourselves.
