Rush - "The Weapon (part II of Fear)" from the 1982 album Signals.
(from Wikipedia) Signals was the follow-up to the successful Moving Pictures. Stylistically, the album was a continuation of Rush's foray into the technology-oriented 1980s through increased use of electronic instrumentation such as keyboards, sequencers, and electric violin. Another noticeable change was in terms of song length and lyrical compression. The album had eight songs, the longest of which is 6:22. The album reached #10 on the Billboard album charts and was certified Platinum (1,000,000 copies sold) by the R.I.A.A. in November of 1982. "The Weapon" (Part II of the 'Fear' trilogy) would be featured in the album's supporting tour and would include a video opening hosted by Count Floyd of SCTV fame.

"The idea for the trilogy was suggested by an older man telling that he didn't think life was ruled by love, or reason, or money, or the pursuit of happiness -- but by fear. This smart-but cynical guy's position was that most people's actions are motivated by fear of being hungry, fear of being hurt, fear of being alone, fear of being robbed, etc., and that people don't make choices based on hope that something good will happen, but in fear that something bad will happen.
I reacted to this the way all of us tend to react to generalities: "Well, I'm not like that!" But then I started thinking about it more, watching the way people around me behaved, and I soon realised that there was something to this viewpoint, So I sketched out the three "theaters of fear," as I saw them: how fear works inside us ("The Enemy Within"), how fear is used against us ("The Weapon"), and how fear feeds the mob mentality ("Witch Hunt").
As it happened, the last theme was easiest to deal with, so it was written first, and consequently appeared first on record, and the other two followed in reverse order for the same reason"

The Weapon explains how everything that people fear can be used against them, even leaders, great nations, evil dictators, lovers, and murderers. Instrumentally, the song fades in at the beginning and fades out at the end, being the middle section of the trilogy.

The style and production of Signals were augmented and taken to new heights on 1984's Grace Under Pressure. It was Peart who named the album, as he borrowed the words of Ernest Hemingway to describe what the band had to go through after making the decision to leave Terry Brown. Producer Steve Lillywhite, who gleaned fame with successful productions of Simple Minds and U2, was enlisted to produce Grace Under Pressure. However, he backed out at the last moment, much to the ire of Lee, Lifeson and Peart. Lee said "Steve Lillywhite is really not a man of his word....after agreeing to do our record, he got an offer from Simple Minds, changed his mind, blew us off,..so it put us in a horrible position." Rush eventually hired Peter Henderson to co-produce and engineer the album in his stead

Producer Steve Lillywhite, who gleaned fame with successful productions of Simple Minds and U2, was enlisted to produce Grace Under Pressure. However, he backed out at the last moment, much to the ire of Lee, Lifeson and Peart. Lee said "Steve Lillywhite is really not a man of his word....after agreeing to do our record, he got an offer from Simple Minds, changed his mind, blew us off,..so it put us in a horrible position." Stylistically, the album was a continuation of Rush's foray into the technology-oriented 1980s through increased use of electronic instrumentation such as keyboards, sequencers, and electric violin. Another noticeable change was in terms of song length and lyrical compression. The album had eight songs, the longest of which is 6:22. The album reached #10 on the Billboard album charts and was certified Platinum (1,000,000 copies sold) by the R.I.A.A. in November of 1982. "The idea for the trilogy was suggested by an older man telling that he didn't think life was ruled by love, or reason, or money, or the pursuit of happiness -- but by fear. This smart-but cynical guy's position was that most people's actions are motivated by fear of being hungry, fear of being hurt, fear of being alone, fear of being robbed, etc., and that people don't make choices based on hope that something good will happen, but in fear that something bad will happen.
I reacted to this the way all of us tend to react to generalities: "Well, I'm not like that!" But then I started thinking about it more, watching the way people around me behaved, and I soon realised that there was something to this viewpoint, So I sketched out the three "theaters of fear," as I saw them: how fear works inside us ("The Enemy Within"), how fear is used against us ("The Weapon"), and how fear feeds the mob mentality ("Witch Hunt").
As it happened, the last theme was easiest to deal with, so it was written first, and consequently appeared first on record, and the other two followed in reverse order for the same reason"

His mother wants him to follow the same path but he isn't interested; Raheemuddin Qureshi is a Muslim from Old Basti in Hyderabad. In the past, his wife suffered a miscarriage due to a scuffle between him and a few Ganesh devotees during a religious procession. Unable to bear the loss, he decides to leave the country. However during his farewell party, a police officer comes to his house and arrests his nephews, alleging that they have links with terrorists. Enter Chella, a rowdy and womaniser who wants to sleep with every beautiful young woman he meets. He meets Ravi's friend Uma in a public place, where she is taking donations for some cause, and immediately develops an attraction to her. When Uma asks Chella to contribute money, he willingly does so, but insults her by placing the money over her breasts. When Ravi finds out what had happened to Uma, he comes to her defense and beats up Chella, hospitalising him. His troubles start from there as Chella's father, a criminal don named Vedanayagam, with the help of his right-hand man and corrupt police officer Kattabomman, begins to create havoc in Ravi's life. Susai, a local who works in the same school shows Duraisingam parts of Thoothukudi and also tells him about the rogue elements dominating the area helping him in his surveillance. He requests the Home Minister to transfer Erimalai and another cop for assisting him. Sathya's moves are frequently repulsed by Duraisingam who learns that Sathya is the niece of Thangaraj. Bhai and Thangaraj, are two criminals who control the area. Bhai and Thangaraj have connections with an international gangster and drug lord Danny. Though they are partners in their smuggling business, they conceal their partnership to the outside world and pretend like arch rivals when they are out in the public. Duraisingam overcomes the criminals, Duraisingam arrests Thangaraj and locks him in jail. He also finds that Danny has escaped. After a moment, Duraisingam gets a phone call from someone informed that Sathya is accidentally died, then he rushed to Thangaraj's house and there he sees death of Sathya.

Overall, I don’t think many of these changes are bad, speaking as someone who is trying to think of the changes from the developer’s point of view. There are a couple of things that look sketchy in the notes, but overall, I don’t think anything that I would consider unreasonable. Unexpected? Sure. But unreasonable or unacceptable? No. Everything is within reason or at the very least, I can understand why changes were made. That is the purpose of this video: to explain the changes and hopefully have people understand why they were made other than the super obvious reason that Bungie definitely hates fun. All that being said, I will enjoy being called a shill and look forward to not reading the comments of this video in any capacity.

Overall, I don’t think many of these changes are bad, speaking as someone who is trying to think of the changes from the developer’s point of view. There are a couple of things that look sketchy in the notes, but overall, I don’t think anything that I would consider unreasonable. Unexpected? Sure. But unreasonable or unacceptable? No. Everything is within reason or at the very least, I can understand why changes were made. That is the purpose of this video: to explain the changes and hopefully have people understand why they were made other than the super obvious reason that Bungie definitely hates fun. All that being said, I will enjoy being called a shill and look forward to not reading the comments of this video in any capacity.

(CNN)The massive wildfire that forced almost 90,000 people to evacuate in Alberta is growing and approaching the neighboring province of Saskatchewan, Canadian officials said. Dry and extremely windy conditions are fueling the blaze, which has scorched more than 1,560 square kilometers (602 square miles) and ravaged the city of Fort McMurray, Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale said Saturday ...
