Sainsbury's Interview

This is a telephone conversation I recorded concerning an Interview I had at the Fulham Wharf Store in December 2015.I have since made an Official Complaint to Sainsbury's about their recruitment process and the reply I have received back via E-Mail is astonishing. Sainsburys have admitted they use a subversive recruitment process by way of a software programme which blindly by stealth rapes a participant of their chances of employment by Sainsburys using this software. I find this psychological profiling quite offensive.My understanding is that a psychotherapist is in fact broken down to mean ( PSYCHO THE RAPIST ) you see , I think out of the box. The simple joke of today I find is that a fat cat cooperation are employing blue collar workers , who while trying to justify their bloat wages along side there fellow shop-floor workers are afflicting the more less miss fortunate human potential employees that will be cast aside by the churn out of a simple computer programmes decision. I do hope to see at some point some of these values that Sainsbury's so dearly talk of amongst their staff because to date I have not seen any of these values being displayed towards me. For all you future members of the public thinking of applying for a Job at Sainsbury's,please think again. When you are at your Interview,they do not take your Customer Service Skills,Your Team Working Skills,Your conflict Resolution skills,your previous retail experience into consideration.They have freely admitted to me that their recruitment process has been designed by qualified occupational psychologists and the results are then input into a computer which gives a generated answer. This programme which blindly by stealth rapes a participant of their chances of employment by Sainsburys using this software. I feel that this programme has no human basis to decide the fate of a human living entity. I have been taunted via E-Mail concerning the evidence I supplied.I find Sainsbury's Hive mentality unacceptable and again offensive. I do hope to see at some point some of these values that Sainsbury's so dearly talk of amongst their staff because to date I have not seen any of these values being displayed towards me at my Interview,Over the phone and now via E-Mail.
