Govindpuri

Govindpuri is a re-settlement colony located in South Delhi. It is surrounded by Kalkaji, Chittaranjan Park, Okhla and Tughlakabad. The Violet Line of the Delhi Metro passes through the area and has a name sake station, Govindpuri.

Govind Puri is a Delhi Metro station in Delhi. It is located between Kalkaji Mandir and Okhla stations on the Violet Line. The station was opened with the first section of the Line on 3 October 2010, in time for the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony on the same day.
