I didn't add Phobon Nika because I feel like it throws off the album flow personally, but I do have the bonus tracks! (Edit: I would add it as well now, but I'm not sure how to do that without deleting this and re-uploading. If I did that, it'd likely end up being WAV files for lossless sampling.)

This is an amazing album and a true gem of the overdone djent genre, so I figured it was worth sharing.

Vildhjarta
Vildhjarta is a Swedish djent band from Hudiksvall, formed in 2005. The band plays in a Meshuggah-influenced musical style with use of heavily down-tuned, seven string guitars and they are characterized by harmonic minor progressions, jarring staccato riffs, layers of reverberant guitars and dual lead vocalists. The group released a 2-track EP entitled Omnislash in 2009 before they proceeded to sign with Century Media Records in 2011, spawning their debut full-length album Måsstaden that same year. In 2013, they followed up with a second EP, Thousands of Evils. The word "vildhjärta" translates to "wildheart" in Swedish.
History
Vildhjarta was formed by Daniel Bergström, Jimmie Åkerström, and Johan Nyberg in 2005 in Hudiksvall, Sweden. Hyped since their early days thanks to short demos that circulated the web, they have taken more than half a decade to musically craft their style of music. With the three spread throughout Sweden, Bergström, the main songwriter of the bunch, would email ideas to the others to get their feedback and suggestions. A groovy, down-tuned riff would soon become a verse. After a few more rounds of emailing, that verse would become a song. As more and more songs started to develop, the natural progression was to add more members and become a band. More members brought more input and ideas and soon their own take on metal was created.

Century Media Records is a rock music record label with offices in the United States, Germany and London. In August 2015, Century Media was acquired by Sony Music Entertainment for US$17 million.
Background
Century Media was founded by Robert Kampfi and Oliver Withöft in Dortmund, Germany in 1988 and has gone on to launch the careers of bands such as Architects, Butcher Babies, Diecast, Divine Heresy, Eyehategod, God Forbid, Iced Earth, In This Moment, Lacuna Coil, Moonspell, Nevermore, Shadows Fall, Suicide Silence, Warbringer, and Winds of Plague. The label specializes in many different styles of heavy metal music. A number of artists listed are licensed to Century Media for the American market from labels mostly based in Europe. Century Media is also home to Arch Enemy, Napalm Death, and Queensrÿche.

I didn't add Phobon Nika because I feel like it throws off the album flow personally, but I do have the bonus tracks! (Edit: I would add it as well now, but I'm not sure how to do that without deleting this and re-uploading. If I did that, it'd likely end up being WAV files for lossless sampling.)
I do not own vildhjarta and this was released under Century Media. If you like it, buy it. If either the label or the band wants me to remove this, I will.
This is an amazing album and a true gem of the overdone djent genre, so I figured it was worth sharing.

I didn't add Phobon Nika because I feel like it throws off the album flow personally, but I do have the bonus tracks! (Edit: I would add it as well now, but I'm not sure how to do that without deleting this and re-uploading. If I did that, it'd likely end up being WAV files for lossless sampling.)
I do not own vildhjarta and this was released under Century Media. If you like it, buy it. If either the label or the band wants me to remove this, I will.
This is an amazing album and a true gem of the overdone djent genre, so I figured it was worth sharing.

Firstly, sorry for my hand keep appearing in this, there was a blue light shinning right at me messing up the video, so i was trying to block it. Another great song of there's, really wanted to record "Deceit" but my arm was killing after all of these lol. Again managed to get a great spot for recording, hope you dig the video. Ah.. probably and hopefully the only backing track on Youtube of this version of the song. This is from the Måsstaden album. Though everyone says that Traces from the Omnislash album is better, I prefer the Måsstaden version. The track is not accurate but works for me.
