Our 3 day video journal of climbing Mount Semeru, a very active volcano in Java, Indonesia.
We came across beautiful sceneries, from Savanna-esque grasslands to Alpine forests, and of course the erupting Mount Semeru. Yes, it never disappoints and erupts regularly every 15-20 min.

October 2012, in my first mount trip, I started by hiking to Semeru in East Java (Malang & Lumajang), and I got the mountain peak called Mahameru (seat of the gods).
I passed Ayek-Ayek track, Pangonan Cilik, Ranu Kumbolo (sleeping here with tent), Cemoro Kandang, Kalimati (Rest in here waiting for summit time), Arcopodo.

basically all video taken in Surabaya, Indonesia. It's 6 days 5 nights trip and this is the paling-lama-hiking trip so far in my life. and I'm so grateful to have this apportunity to join Malaysian Backpacker's trip especially when it comes about hiking luar Malaysia. The environment , forest and view are totally different compare with our country and it such an amazing experience in life especially hiking with someone you love :) *muiz*
Thank you to everyone who join this trip, akak-akak , abang abang, you guys are very sporting and great !

October 2012, in my first mount trip, I started by hiking to Semeru in East Java (Malang & Lumajang), and I got the mountain peak called Mahameru (seat of the gods).
I passed Ayek-Ayek track, Pangonan Cilik, Ranu Kumbolo (sleeping here with tent), Cemoro Kandang, Kalimati (Rest in here waiting for summit time), Arcopodo.

basically all video taken in Surabaya, Indonesia. It's 6 days 5 nights trip and this is the paling-lama-hiking trip so far in my life. and I'm so grateful to have this apportunity to join Malaysian Backpacker's trip especially when it comes about hiking luar Malaysia. The environment , forest and view are totally different compare with our country and it such an amazing experience in life especially hiking with someone you love :) *muiz*
