The nuclear reactors at Calder Hall, now part of the Sellafield complex, were opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1956 - mainly to make plutonium for bombs. Four Magnox reactors followed - and their design went to North Korea, which has been using them for its own nuclear bomb programme ... ....
