They're meant for cosplaying, dressing up or just a one-off. They are not meant to be worn constantly. You should ALWAYS check with an optician before purchasing lenses just to make sure they're ok. If you have a history of eye problems, if your eyes are different shapes, of if the lenses just don't feel right DO NOT USE THEM. Always keep your tools clean. I always wash the tweezers after using them and make sure that the lens cases are super clean. A: No if you wear contacts to correct your vision you will need to purchase prescription colour or pattern contact lenses from your optician.
