Watson Lake is one of two reservoirs at the Granite Dells, outside of Prescott, Arizona, that was formed in the early 1900s when the Chino Valley Irrigation District built a dam on Granite Creek. The City of Prescott bought the reservoir and surrounding land in 1997 to preserve it as recreational land. Local rockclimbers use the granite cliffs above and adjacent to the lake for top-roping and lead climbing. The lake is also the home of TriCity Prep Rowing Crew, a local high school team and only rowing team in Northern Arizona.

Yukon (/ˈjuːkɒn/; also commonly called the Yukon) is the westernmost and smallest of Canada's three federal territories. Whitehorse is the territorial capital and Yukon's only city.
The territory was split from the Northwest Territories in 1898 and was named the "Yukon Territory". The federal government's Yukon Act, which received royal assent on March 27, 2002, established "Yukon" as the territory's official name, though "Yukon Territory" is also still popular in usage and Canada Post continues to use the territory's internationally approved postal abbreviation of YT. Though officially bilingual (English and French), the Yukon Government also recognizes First Nations languages.
At 5,959 m (19,551 ft), Yukon's Mount Logan, in Kluane National Park and Reserve, is the highest mountain in Canada and the second-highest on the North American continent (after Denali in the U.S. state of Alaska). Most of Yukon has a Subarctic climate, characterized by long cold winters and brief warm summers. The Arctic Ocean coast has a tundra climate.
A lake is an area of variable size filled with water, localized in a basin, that is surrounded by land, apart from any river or other outlet that serves to feed or drain the lake. Lakes lie on land and are not part of the ocean (except for sea lochs in Scotland and Ireland), and therefore are distinct from lagoons, and are also larger and deeper than ponds, though there are no official or scientific definitions. Lakes can be contrasted with rivers or streams, which are usually flowing. However most lakes are fed and drained by rivers and streams.
Natural lakes are generally found in mountainous areas, rift zones, and areas with ongoing glaciation. Other lakes are found in endorheic basins or along the courses of mature rivers. In some parts of the world there are many lakes because of chaotic drainage patterns left over from the last Ice Age. All lakes are temporary over geologic time scales, as they will slowly fill in with sediments or spill out of the basin containing them.
Many lakes are artificial and are constructed for industrial or agricultural use, for hydro-electric power generation or domestic water supply, or for aesthetic or recreational purposes.

10 minutes of my best video clips on a 200 km drive from a remote mining camp in the Yukon Territory to Watson Lake on the Robert Campbell Highway. Recorded by satellite dish technician Mark Erney in June 2012 while providing technical assistance to the camp. Feel what it's like to take a secluded drive through the Yukon Territory. Video taped during the week that the Alaska Highway and Campbell Highway were closed due to wash outs in multiple places from days and days of heavy rain. Includes a clip driving by the famous "sign post forest" in Watson Lake, which is the largest "legal" collection of stolen property in the world! Includes some really beautiful scenery and landscape, with captions by Mark Erney. Ending with a 1 minute slideshow showing black bears we saw on the way back to the...

Hey Fuckers! Gamingleatherneck here! My friend and I decided to go to Arizona to have some fun. I recorded my trip there and this is what we did. We went to Phoenix, Watson lake, Prescott and places right next to ASU. Nothing really special about going to Arizona, but I think the most important part of life is to appreciate the relationships around you and to create memories with people. You never know when they are not going to be there anymore. Whether you are living the college life, a regular dude, or the military, everyone should learn to not take things for granted. Well all mess up, so just learn to forgive and forget, fix yourself and move on. Appreciate what you have not now. This the reason why I made this vlogs and the other videos on my channel. LIKE/FAV if you enjoyed the vide...

Day 22 was our last day driving across the far north of Alaska and Yukon. Later in the day we would cross back below the 60th parallel into British Columbia. Earlier that afternoon we passed through Watson Lake, with it's world-famous Signpost Forest, a totem-pole grove full of road and street signs, license plates, and homemade signs of travelers from across the world. The video is rough, unedited, and long!; it simply records my wanderings from discovery to discovery! I thought you might like it exactly as I experienced it! If so, please like, share, and subscribe. (If not, keep it to yourself! :-))
This part of the COPA tour had us leaving Watson Lake onto Atlin BC. The Atlin BC area has to be one of the most scenic areas i have ever travelled to. Adding to the vue is pristine Atlin lake which you will see on our way in. We left Watson Lake, intercepted the Alaska Highway and followed it in until we turned toward Atlin at the intersection of Highway 1 and 8.
