Plot: THE PARTY IS OVER tells the story of three college roommates and each of their bizarre, obsessive relationships. Fino is arrested for sexual assaulting Nia, a beautiful classmate who enjoys aggressive role-play sex, and must find out whether he misunderstood Nia's wishes or whether she is deeply manipulative. Plot: Yusif is an underground blogger opposing the regime of Saddam Hussain from within Iraq. He arrives in London in February 2003 to help highlight the painful consequences upon the Iraqi nation of UN imposed economic sanctions. Yusif's short stay in London brings him into contact with an array of individuals from the vibrant community: There is Zaynab- owner of Mesocafe and purveyor of advice for marriage and love.. for work and business. There is Tawfiq, a young Iraqi refugee spending the little money he has on phone calls to his wife in Syria; there is Suad, a successful PR executive unable to come to terms with the death of her young husband at the end of the 1991 war; and there is the beautiful Bisan who, in between translating books from Arabic to English, relives her childhood memories of 1970s Iraq.

Plot: In February 2002 in the Shamshatoo Refugee Camp in the North West Frontier Province in Pakistan, there are 53,000 refugees living in sub-human conditions since 1979 with the Soviet Union invasion and 2001 with the USA bombing and invasion of Afghanistan. The family of the Afghan Enayat and his cousin Jamal decides to send them illegally to London to have a better life. They hire coyotes to smuggle the cousins through Iran and Turkey to Italy and finally London hidden inside trucks and containers. However, the long journey locked in a container with other families separates the cousins and on 09 August 2002, Jamal has his asylum application refused in London.
