If you are someone who doesn't like sour beer, then you would probably never describe any sour beer as being simple, however, those who frequent sours will agree, the Zard-Alu Sour Apricot is straightforward, refreshing and delicious ... This is certainly one of the lighter sours that are out there today, as some can be pretty heavy and really filling, two characteristics I didn't find in the Zard-Alu Sour Apricot....
