Close to everything, views overlooking the Gippsland Lakes and a spacious house that caters for all. There are 4 bedrooms- capable of sleeping 10-12 people, three bathrooms, roomy kitchen and a large living area with a heating and cooling split system. This house would be ideal for families as it has its own fully self-contained apartment that can be made separate to the rest of the house for your own piece and quite. It also has a large undercover entertainment area with a new stainless steel BBQ with your own water views. Backyard access down the side of the house makes it easy for parking cars, boats or jet skis, still with plenty of room for the kids to run around in an open grassy yard. Don’t forget about being so close to all the recreational activities that Lakes Entrance has to offer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great family getaway, rain or shine We stayed for 5 nights with another family and found the property spacious and well kitted out. With 2 days solid of rain (followed by sunshine), we were really grateful for the cinema room and selection of DVDs available. Lots of room, and access to backyard and toys and puzzles was wonderful. Sun room was lovely when the sun came out. I think my only bug bears for the stay were that there was no internet, and the bathrooms and downstairs bedroom had a musty smell (rectified with some airing). Would happily recommend this for a stay for large families, or even two families travelling together any time of the year.

We had a great time, 3 separate families holidayed together and we all had plenty of room to spread out, even get a bit of quiet time if we wished. The kids loved the pool table and the video room. Sunroom was awesome for relaxing and the outside dining area made a lovely spot to catch up for dinner with the BBQ close by. Excellent kitchen, two fridges and walking distance to the shops - what more could you want, oh almost forgot 3 bathroom as well. Thank you - everything covered.
