زمانی که برای اجرای اپرای آتوسا به ایران دعوت شد با این اپرا همکاری داشت. او در تابستان سال ۱۳۸۴ بر اثر سرطان در وین درگذشت.

A tour around the village of Ghasri, in the island of Gozo. Complementing it we chose two beautiful and peaceful selections:
1. Piano Concerto No. 21, Andante "Elvira Madigan" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart;
2. "Panorama" a beautiful melody from the ballet Sleeping Beauty by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

Għasri (or L-Għasri) is a village in the western part of Gozo (Malta), with a population of 521 people as of March 2011. By population it is the smallest village in Gozo, and the third smallest in the Maltese Islands, after Bidnija and Mdina. Għasri does however has a relatively large area.
The village lies between the hills of Żebbuġ and Għammar. The name has Arabic origins, possibly being an area where olives were crushed for oil. Għasri is reached by forking right on the Victoria-Għarb road just after the Aqueduct.
A lighthouse on Ġurdan hill, better known as the Gurdan Lighthouse dominates Għasri. The famous lighthouse rises 180 metres above sea level and was inaugurated in 1853. Its beam can be seen up to 50 kilometres away.
Upon the hill around the lighthouse there are some marvellous 360 degree views of Gozo and this lures quite a lot of hikers, who challenge the rather steep path up to the hilltop.
On the way, there are a number of typical farmhouses, most of them available for short or long lets, as well as an old charming chapel dedicated to the Patronage of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The Wied il-Għasri (Għasri Valley) area is a marvellous country walk or cycling site especially in Winter and Spring. The valley ends in the sea, wedged between high cliffs where a secluded little inlet makes it ideal for swimming, snorkelling and diving. Indeed, the sea around Wied il-Għasri is very popular among divers. In Għasri valley one can find some saltpans.
The village church, designed by a local priest, Dun Ġużepp Diacono, was built early in the twentieth century. Its foundation stone was laid in 1903 and it was dedicated to the Corpus Christi in 1916 and later on to Christ the Saviour. The village was established a parish by Bishop Giovanni Maria Camilleri on 16 December 1921.

زمانی که برای اجرای اپرای آتوسا به ایران دعوت شد با این اپرا همکاری داشت. او در تابستان سال ۱۳۸۴ بر اثر سرطان در وین درگذشت.

A tour around the village of Ghasri, in the island of Gozo. Complementing it we chose two beautiful and peaceful selections:
1. Piano Concerto No. 21, Andante "Elvira Madigan" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart;
2. "Panorama" a beautiful melody from the ballet Sleeping Beauty by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

Għasri (or L-Għasri) is a village in the western part of Gozo (Malta), with a population of 521 people as of March 2011. By population it is the smallest village in Gozo, and the third smallest in the Maltese Islands, after Bidnija and Mdina. Għasri does however has a relatively large area.
The village lies between the hills of Żebbuġ and Għammar. The name has Arabic origins, possibly being an area where olives were crushed for oil. Għasri is reached by forking right on the Victoria-Għarb road just after the Aqueduct.
A lighthouse on Ġurdan hill, better known as the Gurdan Lighthouse dominates Għasri. The famous lighthouse rises 180 metres above sea level and was inaugurated in 1853. Its beam can be seen up to 50 kilometres away.
Upon the hill around the lighthouse there are some marvellous 360 degree views of Gozo and this lures quite a lot of hikers, who challenge the rather steep path up to the hilltop.
On the way, there are a number of typical farmhouses, most of them available for short or long lets, as well as an old charming chapel dedicated to the Patronage of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The Wied il-Għasri (Għasri Valley) area is a marvellous country walk or cycling site especially in Winter and Spring. The valley ends in the sea, wedged between high cliffs where a secluded little inlet makes it ideal for swimming, snorkelling and diving. Indeed, the sea around Wied il-Għasri is very popular among divers. In Għasri valley one can find some saltpans.
The village church, designed by a local priest, Dun Ġużepp Diacono, was built early in the twentieth century. Its foundation stone was laid in 1903 and it was dedicated to the Corpus Christi in 1916 and later on to Christ the Saviour. The village was established a parish by Bishop Giovanni Maria Camilleri on 16 December 1921.

– Det är helt klart oroväckande och vi som jobbar med ungdomarna måste snappa upp dem tidigare om vi märker att det finns ett behov av information eller utbildning i de här frågorna, berättar Anosh Ghasri som är enhetschef för kommunens boende för ensamkommande i Hagfors.
Han menar att det finns en stor kunskapslucka hos de här ungdomarna när det gäller sex och samlevnad. Det har många frågor om både den egna kroppen, men också kring jämställdhet och hur samhällena skiljer sig åt.
– Kommer man från ett traditionellt samhälle så är man så klart präglad av det, och inget man lämnar vid gränsen när man söker asyl. Är man inte van vid att se unga tjejer röra sig fritt, idrotta och gå på fest så kan det bli en kulturkrock, säger Anosh Ghasri.
Målet är att alla HVB-hemmen i alla länets kommuner i slutet av året ska vara utbildade i frågorna och att det ska finnas två samtalsledare på varje hem som kan leda samtalen med ungdomarna, där normkritik och jämställdhet ska ingå. Arbetet har pågått ett tag och har gett resultat.
– Vi gör ett rejält försök och vi har sett effekter redan nu på det arbete som vi gör, berättar Anosh Ghasri, som menar att vi måste våga tala mer öppet om detta än vi gjort hittills:
- Det är en fråga som många drar sig för att diskutera, men hade man tagit tag i de här problemen i tid och föreslagit rimliga lösningar hade vi kommit en bit på vägen idag. Men nu står vi här och får ta konsekvenserna av det.

On October 23, 2013, the Potomac Gardens Resident Council (under the leadership of Council president Aquarius Vann Ghasri) hosted author Nissa Harper for a discussion of her first book "Confessions of a Crazy Baby Mama," which she admits is a title designed to catch a reader's attention. Ms. Harper is not only a published author, she is also a public housing resident and advocate who works to keep public housing safe and affordable. She never misses the opportunity to remind her audiences that public housing residents are working people who want nothing more than to raise their children in a safe environment.
