Open Hours: On Sunday between 5pm and 7pm visitors are welcome to come to our office. Often this is the best way to seek the type of help needed, e.g. counselling.

Join/Volunteer: At Ease is looking for new members and volunteers in all areas. Experienced At Ease speakers are available to visit any area on request to conduct training sessions or to provide information about our work. Read more

Donate

All work at At Ease is done by members who are unpaid volunteers. We are grateful to the Westcroft Trust for paying the rent for the AT EASE office. We need to meet all other running costs from voluntary donations. Please consider donating to us that we may continue with our service.
