After having a heated arguments inside the polling centre during voting, JD(S) leader H.D. Revanna and Congress leader and Minister D.K. Shivakumar share a lighter moment in the Vidhana Soudha.
HD Revanna was angry and he took out his anger on the election officers. What ticked off the election agent of the JDS is when the PA of MLA Ramkrishna was allowed to enter the voting area. HD Revanna went ballistic with the poll officers asking that a medical certificate should have been produced that he required another person's help.

ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಮರಳುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ವೇಳೆ ವಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಚಿವ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ನಡುವೆ ವಾಗ್ವಾದ ನಡೀತು. ನಿಯಮ 68ರಡಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಮರಳುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ, ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ, ಅಕ್ರಮದ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದ್ರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ, ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಡಿಸಿ, ಎಸ್ಪಿಯೇ ನಿಮಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರಾ? ಅಂತ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ನಮ್ಮನೆ ದೇವರಾಣೆಗೂ, ತಾಯಿ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿಯೂ ‘ಮೈಸೂರು ಡಿಸಿ, ಎಸ್ಪಿಯೇ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ’ ಅಂತ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದ್ರು. ಆಗ ಮತ್ತೆ ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ಮುಂದಾದಾಗ, ‘ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಯಾವ ಸೀಮೆಯವರು ಇವರು?’, ‘ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ರನ್ನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರಾ?’ ಅಂತ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ‘ನಾನು ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೌದಾ, ಅಲ್ವಾ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನ ನೀವೇ ಹೇಳಿ’ ಅಂದ್ರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಗರಂ ಆದ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ, ಕನಕಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುವ ರೀತಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಬರಬೇಡಿ. ದಾದಾಗಿರಿ, ಗೂಂಡಾಗಿರಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ ಅಂತ ಗುಡುಗಿದ್ರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.

Sivakumar
Sivakumar (born 27 October 1941 as Palanichamy Gounder) is a Tamil film actor who has portrayed a wide range of leading and supporting roles onscreen. Sivakumar was introduced in the Tamil movie Kakkum Karangal, a film that starred S.S.Rajendran in the lead role, which was produced by AVM Productions. Apart from acting, Sivakumar is also a painter and a public speaker. He is also ambidextrous.
In recent times, he has ventured into public speaking, giving his opinion on various subjects. He has been praised for the fluency and style of his speeches. He has given speech on Ramayana and Mahabharata, each in 2 hours and 15 mins at Vellalar College for Women, Erode.

After having a heated arguments inside the polling centre during voting, JD(S) leader H.D. Revanna and Congress leader and Minister D.K. Shivakumar share a lighter moment in the Vidhana Soudha.
HD Revanna was angry and he took out his anger on the election officers. What ticked off the election agent of the JDS is when the PA of MLA Ramkrishna was allowed to enter the voting area. HD Revanna went ballistic with the poll officers asking that a medical certificate should have been produced that he required another person's help.
