There is a lot missing from from this video simply because the theory is so massive and some things are too complicated to bring up without going way off track (such as the Phantomhive ring which wasn't mentioned in this video). Sadly the blackbutler.net forum which had the massive 2CT list on it has been since lost! The site is gone, but I have pretty much all of the evidence from that list in my head still so feel free to ask.

Sebastian had known Ciel for three years before he knew about the illness (as Ciel had shown no signs of it and hadn't mentioned it), AND when Lizzy noticed our Ciel coughing in the Campania arc she did not mention his supposed childhood asthma (which you think she would have done), and Ciel didn't let Sebastian make any comments about his asthma in front of her; why not? You could say it was his pride, but Lizzy should already know he has asthma as we saw her looking over Ciel's sickbed in the Circus arc. So the logic for wanting to cover up the illness doesn't make much sense, unless the reason he's covering it up is because it's detrimental to his fake identity as Ciel Phantomhive."

The most likely scenario does seem to be that Ciel and his brother were simply the last ones to be sacrificed. It's a canon fact that we see Ciel with troubling asthma as a young child, but less so once he is older at 12/13, which means 2CT or not his condition has became less serious as he aged. Although it didn't go away entirely as seen in the Circus arc. There's also the fact that our Ciel hides his asthma from everyone for seemingly no reason? Sebastian had known Ciel for three years before he knew about the illness (as Ciel had shown no signs of it and hadn't mentioned it), AND when Lizzy noticed our Ciel coughing in the Campania arc she did not mention his supposed childhood asthma (which you think she would have done), and Ciel didn't let Sebastian make any comments about his asthma in front of her; why not? You could say it was his pride, but Lizzy should already know he has asthma as we saw her looking over Ciel's sickbed in the Circus arc. So the logic for wanting to cover up the illness doesn't make much sense, unless the reason he's covering it up is because it's detrimental to his fake identity as Ciel Phantomhive."
