A 10-member committee reviewed 119 use of force complaints from 2011 through May 2015 and found that the "vast majority of the times we get it right and handle the situation appropriately," police chief Pete Carey said Thursday during the mayor-city council's annual planning summit at the Colorado Springs Airport. In only one of the reviewed cases did police find correction wasn't properly given....
