This is a demonstration of the of the hidden story character Super Takagi in the SNES game Osu!! Karate Bu. He appears in the Story mode of this game, and can be legitimately accessed through a hidden code.
I remember discovering and playing this game years ago but forgot all about it. It's based on the manga, which features the culture of Japan's teenage martial-artist gangsters. Pretty good game for it's time, but became overshadowed amongst all the Street Fighter 2 hype. Perhaps the downside of this game is that it runs at 30fps (what you see on this YouTube video is almost like how the game runs for real).
Super Takagi is the powered up version of normal Takagi, He's the main character of the series.

Osu!! Karate Bu
Osu!! Karate Bu (押忍!!空手部, lit. "Go!! Karate Club") is a manga series by Koji Takahashi that was published in Weekly Young Jump from 1985–1996. It centers on the misadventures of the various thugs and delinquent students that make up Kangokou High School's infamous Karate Club.
Osu!! Karate Bu was wildly popular in its native Japan, but is otherwise almost completely unknown in most other countries. It spawned a four episode OVA mini-series released from 20 October 1990 to 25 July 1992, a 1990 live action movie, and a 1994 Super Famicom fighting game.
Background
The series began as a fairly humorous and lighthearted satire of Japan's teenage delinquent-gang subculture told from the perspective of Matsushita Tadashi (who also narrates these early Karate Bu stories), a 2nd year student at Kangokou High and a constant target of Kangokou's numerous bullies who beat him up routinely after school. He is almost always accompanied by his best friend Saitou Takaki, who is also constantly harassed.

Street Fighter (ストリートファイター, Sutorīto Faitā), commonly abbreviated as SF or スト, is a fighting game franchise by Capcom. The game's playable characters originate from different countries around the world, each with his or her own unique fighting style. It is Capcom's second best-selling franchise, having significant success worldwide. Street Fighter (1987)
Street Fighter, designed by Takashi Nishiyama and Hiroshi Matsumoto, made its debut in arcades, in 1987. In this game, the player takes control of martial artist Ryu, who competes in a worldwide martial arts tournament, spanning five countries and 10 opponents. A second player can join in at any time and take control of Ryu's American rival, Ken.
The player can perform three types of punch and kick attacks, each varying in speed and strength, and three special attacks: the Hadouken, Shoryuken, and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku. These are performed by executing special button combinations with the controls.

Royne: The royne is a dance popular especially in the Mukri area.( Eastern Kurdistan ) Recorded at Yekshawa by Dieter and Nerthus Christensen in August 11, 1962. The royne is a dance popular especially in the Mukri area. It is danced by men and/ or women, according to local custom, who dance it in parallel lines. The verses are sung alternately by two singers. At the refrain the two voice parts overlap. Both the narrow melodic range and short phrases of this song are typical of the musical style associated with the third class of Kurdish music as described in the introduction. The subject matter of the text is of minor importance to both singers and audience; it has been stated repeatedly by Kurds that 'this is only music.' The rhymed verses are usually composed of lines of eight syllabl...

The royne is a dance popular especially in the Mukri area. It is danced by men and/
or women, according to local custom, who dance it in parallel lines. The verses are sung alternately by two singers. At the refrain the two voice parts overlap. Both the narrow melodic range and short phrases of this song are typical of the musical style associated with the third class of Kurdish music as described in the introduction. The subject matter of the text is of minor importance to both singers and audience; it has been stated repeatedly by Kurds that 'this is only music.' The rhymed verses are usually composed of lines of eight syllables.The order of the verses is not fixed; verses are sung as they come into the performer's mind. He is also free to extend the stroph by adding any lines which rhyme, even though these lines make little sense.
The base of the rhythmic organization is a recurrent metrical group of six beats. However, a complementary sequence of five and seven beat groups is often substituted. A variety of internal divisions of these metrical groups occurs: 2 + 2 + 2, 4 + 2, 3 + 3, 1 + 3 + 2, 2 + 3 , 1 + 3 + 3, 3 + 4, 2 + 2 + 3, and others.
The use of these aksak rhythms seems in part caused by the textual organization. 57 However, they occur with such regularity at cadential points, despite changes of text at these points, that they can be considered a stable aspect of the musical pattern. The lack of strict organization, both regarding form and rhythm, is a typical feature of eastern and southern Kurdish dance songs when compared with those of the northern Kurdish.

I swear by the Koran of Mulla Xala,

She is walking slowly, slowly.
Her shoes are black and she is mourning.
She is without husband and is a widow.
The black dressed (woman) is my soul.

Her lips are of European cord (2)

I do not know what to do.

My eye has fallen on the two apples, (2)
I am crazy and wild and flee to the mountains

Mombasa wurde im 11. Jahrhundert von Arabern gegründet und entwickelte sich rasch durch Elfenbein- und Sklavenhandel zu einer wichtigen ostafrikanischen Handelsmetropole. Vasco da Gama war 1498 einer der ersten Europäer, der in dieser Stadt eintraf.
Anfang des 16. Jahrhunderts bemächtigten sich die Portugiesen Mombasas. 1698 wurden sie von den Arabern aus Oman vertrieben. 1728 kehrten die Portugiesen nochmals zurück und erzwangen einen Stützpunkt im Fort Jesus, doch im Oktober 1729 wurden sie wieder vertrieben. Ein letzter Versuch der Rückeroberung wurde am 23. Januar 1730 gestartet. Eine Flotte von fünf Schiffen wurde unter dem Kommando von Luis Melo de Sampaio nach Mombasa geschickt, diese kehrte aber ohne einen Angriffsversuch wieder zurück nach Mosambik. Aber auch die Omanen blieben nicht mehr lange. Schon 1741, als in Oman die Dynastie der Bû Sa‘îd (Said-Dynastie) an die Macht kam, erklärte sich Mombasa unter der lokalen Dynastie der Mazrui für unabhängig. Erst 1837 konnten die Bû Sa‘îd ihre Herrschaft über die Stadt nach mehreren gescheiterten Versuchen endgültig durchsetzen.
Seit 1856 gehörte Mombasa zum Sultanat Sansibar. 1887 verpachtete der Sultan die Küste des heutigen Kenia mit Mombasa an die Imperial British East Africa Company. Sie unterstand ab 1895 der Verwaltung des East Africa Protectorate, ab 1920 der Kronkolonie Kenia, blieb aber völkerrechtlich Teil des Sultanats, bis Kenia 1963 unabhängig wurde.
Von der Zeit der Besetzung durch die Portugiesen bis in die zweite Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts war Mombasa mit seinem Hafen ein wichtiges Zentrum für den Sklavenhandel. Jeden Samstag war Sklavenmarkt.

The Halabja chemical attack, also known as the Halabja Massacre or Bloody Friday, was a massacre against the Kurdish people that took place on March 16, 1988, during the closing days of the Iran–Iraq War in the Kurdish city of Halabja in Southern Kurdistan. The attack was part of the Al-Anfal Campaign in northern Iraq, as well as part of the Iraqi attempt to repel the Iranian Operation Zafar 7. It took place 48 hours after the fall of the town to Iranian army and Kurdish guerrillas. The attack killed between 3,200 and 5,000 people and injured 7,000 to 10,000 more, most of them civilians. Thousands more died of complications, diseases, and birth defects in the years after the attack. The incident, which has been officially defined by Supreme Iraqi Criminal Tribunal as a genocidal massacre against the Kurdish people in Iraq, was and still remains the largest chemical weapons attack directed against a civilian-populated area in history.

The Halabja chemical attack, also known as the Halabja Massacre or Bloody Friday, was a massacre against the Kurdish people that took place on March 16, 1988, during the closing days of the Iran–Iraq War in the Kurdish city of Halabja in Southern Kurdistan. The attack was part of the Al-Anfal Campaign in northern Iraq, as well as part of the Iraqi attempt to repel the Iranian Operation Zafar 7. It took place 48 hours after the fall of the town to Iranian army and Kurdish guerrillas. The attack killed between 3,200 and 5,000 people and injured 7,000 to 10,000 more, most of them civilians. Thousands more died of complications, diseases, and birth defects in the years after the attack. The incident, which has been officially defined by Supreme Iraqi Criminal Tribunal as a genocidal massacre against the Kurdish people in Iraq, was and still remains the largest chemical weapons attack directed against a civilian-populated area in history.

Rojnemevan Remezan Ozturk pistî komkujiyê çû Helebceyê û wêneyên ku li Helebceyê kisandibûn, bi wesandina wan cîhan agahdar kir. Di wêneyekê de kesekî bi navê Elî Hawar zarokekî xwe yê yek mehî ku hê nav jî lê nehatibû kirin, bi awayekî hembêzkirî û dev vekirî, jiyana xwe ji dest dabûn. Wêneyê mijara gotinê, pistî ku di rojnameyan de hate wesandin, bû sembola komkujiya Helebceyê. Îro jî dema ku qala komkujiya Helebceyê tê kirin, Elî Hawar û zarokê wî yê yek mehî tê ber çavên mirov. Bandora bombeyên kîmyewî tenê bi mirina pênc hezar kurdan û seqet mayîna bi deh hezaran ve bi sînor nema, bandora bombeyên kîmyawî hê jî li bajêr didome.
