Even at a young age, I knew she was the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. As the owner of Rosette Films I put full faith in my crew of talented artists to document our wedding week. Now that it's done, I'd love to share the final product with all you guys! A lot of pre-planning, hard work and post production went into this edit and I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I know Indeep and I have. It all started with the cocktail party. We felt it would be important to have a party on the very first day of our wedding week with all of our close families and friends. We played games and had a great time watching the performances put on by Indeep and her friends. The next night, the Dhanoya family threw a ladies party as the sun went down. The Jago and dancing lasted late into the night. The day before the wedding, both Indeep and I held simultaneous maiyan events. Our close families came together to do our vaatna. I think this is when it hit both of us, this was the last day we spent as boyfriend and girlfriend. Tomorrow we'll be married. And ofcourse, like any other punjabi wedding. We were running on punjabi standard time so we were atleast an hour (maybe two hours) behind. But it all came together perfectly anyways. The Milni was fun and exciting, I was impressed to see the Dhanoyoa's hold their own during the mini-milni-battles. The ceremony went off without a hitch and the weight was lifted off our shoulders. After 14 years of knowing each other, we were finally married. At the doli, my boys held their own and we gained quick access to the house, Indeep's friends brought her down and the sagan started. Before you even know it, we were on a horse-drawn-carriage heading towards my house. The night ended in fireworks at the pani verna where we kept it very traditional. Playing games and going through rituals. Then, it was finally time for the reception! All the speeches by my sisters and Indeep's brothers blew us away. We couldn't wait to get the party started...
