Pandawa Beach is a secret beach in Bali since this is cited behind the rocky hills to the south of Bali. This pristine beach is located in Kutuh Village, Kuta Selatan Subdistrict, Badung Regency, Bali Province. It is around 15 km from the International Airport of Ngurah Rai Bali.
Directory
Starts from the International Airport of Ngurah Rai Bali, go up straight to the south via Jalan Uluwatu, then pass the Jimbaran beach (right side), GWK (left side) and Dreamland Beach gate (right side), after that you will meet the interchange of Ungasan, turn left and go straight along the Jalan Dharmawangsa around 10 minutes. Check out and follow the board and direction arrow like these!
A Stairway to the Heaven
The road to the beach is surrounded by hill and cliff of limestone rock and chalk - a sedimentary rock composed primarily of coccolith fossils. The access to the beach is easily reached and you can enjoy the primeval hills and rocks then your eyes directly to the long stretch of white sand is flanked by rocky cliffs.
Statues of Pandawa
While going downhill to the beach area, to the left side, on the cliff, the statues of Pandawa (protagonist heroes in Ramayana Epic) donated by some Indonesian businessmen. Pandawa is derived from Sanskrit language 'Pandu', literally means 'sons' (of the king) in 'Mahabarata Epic'. They are: Yudhistira, Bima, Arujuna Nakula and Sadewa

The agenda at Pandawa is simple: surf (if you can), go swimming when it is high/low tide, canoeing, build intricate sandcastles — the sand here is exceptional for doing so — and laze about in some umbrellas watching the surfers, young and old, catch the waves or relax at an assortment of warungs (local cafe) serving plates of indo mee and ice-cold Bintangs and cheap non-air conditioned huts.The sand is thick and soft, packed hard so you can play a game of volleyball or go for a leisurely beach run.
Tucked away after GWK and Dreamland beach, the beauty of this beach is that it is hidden, accessible only after a 700-meter trek down a rocky road.
What greets you at the end of your mini-hike is a glorious body of water in varying shades of blue and turquoise fringed by a strip of fine white sand and swaying trees.

You're probably thinking "Wrecking ball, ugh, hate that song!" but I needed to get this song out of my system. I can't stand this song now and Miley's voice just grinds on me even more. However I love the lyrics, they are heartbreaking and easy to edit. They're perfect for Asian dramas. But WHIB is the only drama I have been able to complete an MV for the song. I edited to Secret and The Wang Family and only reached a minute.
And people hardly EVER edit to WHIB so I guess I'm glad I was able to complete this.
I did have a hard time editing this especially when happy scenes were needed. If I had shipped Soo Jung with In-wook I would have had no problem as they have both happy and sad scenes but how could I not love Jae Min. He was just so destructive. HE WAS A WRECKING BALL. I do like In-wook I mean c'mon he's played by So Ji-sub but Jae Min was so destructive and his life was a mess, obsessed with Soo Jung that his character trumped So Ji-subs.
It's been 3 years since I watched this drama and it was hell watching. Back then I didn't know about torrents, where to download Asian dramas. All I knew was online streaming and the word buffering. And boy did this drama buffer! Took me weeks to finish because if I paused it for a minute the video would stop playing and every few seconds it would buffer. However there were a few episodes which were nice to me :)

watch in 720p -- You're probably thinking "Wrecking ball, ugh, hate that song!" but I needed to get this song out of my system. I can't stand this song now and Miley's voice just grinds on me even more. However I love the lyrics, they are heartbreaking and easy to edit. They're perfect for Asian dramas. But WHIB is the only drama I have been able to complete an MV for the song. I edited to Secret and The Wang Family and only reached a minute. And people hardly EVER edit to WHIB so I guess I'm glad I was able to complete this. I did have a hard time editing this especially when happy scenes were needed. If I had shipped Soo Jung with In-wook I would have had no problem as they have both happy and sad scenes but how could I not love Jae Min. He was just so destructive. HE WAS A WRECKING BALL. I do like In-wook I mean c'mon he's played by So Ji-sub but Jae Min was so destructive and his life was a mess, obsessed with Soo Jung that his character trumped So Ji-subs. It's been 3 years since I watched this drama and it was hell watching. Back then I didn't know about torrents, where to download Asian dramas. All I knew was online streaming and the word buffering. And boy did this drama buffer! Took me weeks to finish because if I paused it for a minute the video would stop playing and every few seconds it would buffer. Consider the following eight things to do in Bali, Indonesia as part of the attractions you consider during your travels.
When it comes to islands worth visiting in Southeast Asia, few can compete with the allure of Bali; however, if you're expecting a Utopian pristine paradise, as often is depicted in the movies and popular culture, you'll be in for a rude awakening. Bali is what it is -- unicorns and warts alike. Although there is stunning scenery, world class beaches and enchanting Hindu temples to explore there is also eyesore rubbish piles, filthy beaches and unscrupulous touts to content with.

6) Explore surrounding beaches and islands

8) Hike up Mount Batur (an active volcano) for a spectacular sunrise viewing
Welcome to Bali, Indonesia!
After spending nearly a year travelling in Southeast Asia, we couldn't leave without first visiting Bali. We decided to take a 2 week trip to the famed island and split our time between Ubud and Sanur to explore as much as possible.
During one of our first nights on the island, we attended a Balinese fire and trance performance. This dance and music drama originated in the 1930s, depicting stories from Hindu literature.
Ubud is the art and cultural capital of Bali and we enjoyed spending a few days here. Our mornings in the town were spent visiting the various temples, browsing through markets, and soaking in the surroundings.
We also had a chance to visit the Tegalalang Rice Terraces. They were lush, green, and reminded us of our time in Korea because Sam's apartment overlooked rice terraces.
Bali is mainly Hindu and the island is home to many temples. During our time in Bali we visited the Elephant Temple, which is best known for its menacing cave entrance.
We also visited Gunung Kawi, which is nicknamed the Rock Temple. The rock temple gets its name because of the 10 shrines that were carved into the rock wall and stand 7 meters tall. They are truly a sight to behold.
Well, I am supposed to sprinkle water on my head, so here we go.
During our tour around the island, we stopped at a lookout point where we saw the impressive Mount Batur looming in the horizon. Mount Batur is an active volcano, however, when we learned that it was open to hikers, we decided we were up for the challenge.
Bali is a great jump off point for exploring some of the surrounding beaches and islands. Trips to Lombok, Nusa Lembongan, and the Gili Islands are very easy to arrange. There are plenty of water sports to choose from including snorkeling, free diving, scuba diving, surfing and even kayaking.
Ubud is home to the monkey forest where infamous little macaques roam freely. The monkey forest is home to over 600 monkeys, who over time have lost all fear of man. The monkeys are not shy and will approach people and even climb onto their bodies if they believe you have food. If you're feeling adventurous and would like to feed the monkeys, you can purchase bananas right at the entrance of the monkey forest.
One of the highlights of our time in Bali, was climbing Mount Batur for sunrise. The morning of the hike, we got up at 2 in the morning and were driven to the base of the volcano.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Bali! It may not have been the quiet paradise that's depicted in the movies, but it offered culture, natural beauty, and it was a great place to relax.
