"The Bird" is a song written by Dennis Knutson and A.L. "Doodle" Owens and recorded by country music artist George Jones. It comically recounts how a parrot exposes the narrator's infidelities to his wife, who walks out on him. Before she leaves he stops her at the curb and declares, "The last thing I gave her was the bird." The song contains a double entendre, with the tag line possibly referencing the obscene gesture of "flipping the bird." Epic Records released it as a single from George's 1987 LP Too Wild Too Long and it became a Top-30 country hit.
A bird is a feathered, winged, bipedal, warm-blooded, egg-laying, vertebrate animal.

"The Bird" is a song recorded by American country music singer Jerry Reed. Written by Hal Coleman and Barry Etris, this novelty song contains impressions of Willie Nelson's "Whiskey River" and "On the Road Again;" and George Jones' "He Stopped Loving Her Today." It was released in October 1982 as the lead single from the album, The Bird. The song peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard magazine Hot Country Singles chart just before Christmas.
The song is told in first person from the point of view of a blue-collar worker who stops at a roadside tavern. While there, a gentleman walks in the door with a curious-looking bird on his shoulder. The man, who turns out to be a smooth-talking salesman, walks up to the main character and boasts about the bird's singing abilities. The protagonist is skeptical and asks the salesman to back up his claim. The salesman tells the bird, "Do Ol' Willie." To the protagonist's disbelief, the bird immediately sings the chorus to Nelson's "Whiskey River."
"Factory" is the third single taken from Band of Horses' third album Infinite Arms. The song was released for free download at the band's official site in April 2010, shortly after "Compliments" and "Laredo", to help promote the upcoming release of Infinite Arms. Despite not charting, the song was generally well received and was noted for its unique use of candy referencing, with Pitchfork calling the song, "the album's string-drenched opener. Marvel as Ben Bridwell does his best to give majesty to the phrase 'snack machine.'" It's a fan-favorite, and although it's sometimes dropped during the band's sets when they're the opening act, it's almost always present during shows where they're the headliner. It was performed by the band during their appearance on Later... with Jools Holland.
798 Art Zone (Chinese: 798艺术区; pinyin: 798 Yìshùqū), or Dashanzi Art District, is a 50-year-old decommissioned military factory buildings with unique architectural style. Located in Dashanzi, Chaoyang District of Beijing, that houses a thriving artistic community. The area is often called the 798 Art District or Factory 798 although technically, Factory #798 is only one of several structures inside a complex formerly known as 718 Joint Factory. The buildings are within alleys number 2 and 4 on Jiǔxiānqiáo Lù (酒仙桥路), south of the Dàshānziqiáo flyover (大山子桥). In recent years, it has been the main venue for the annual Beijing Queer Film Festival.
The Dashanzi factory complex began as an extension of the "Socialist Unification Plan" of military-industrial cooperation between the Soviet Union and the newly formed People's Republic of China. By 1951, 156 "joint factory" projects had been realized under that agreement, part of the Chinese government's first Five-Year Plan. However the People's Liberation Army still had a dire need of modern electronic components, which were produced in only two of the joint factories. The Russians were unwilling to undertake an additional project at the time, and suggested that the Chinese turn to East Germany from which much of the Soviet Union's electronics equipment was imported. So at the request of then-Premier Zhou Enlai, scientists and engineers joined the first Chinese trade delegation to East Germany in 1951, visiting a dozen factories. The project was green-lighted in early 1952 and a Chinese preparatory group was sent to East Berlin to prepare design plans. This project, which was to be the largest by East Germany in China, was then informally known as Project #157.

Science Horizons Survival is a ZX Spectrum computer game developed by Five Ways Software. It was published by Sinclair Research in association with Macmillan Education in 1984. It is an educational game in which the player takes on the role of one of a series of animals, and had to find food to survive while avoiding predators.
Survival was developed as part of a series of educational software aimed at children aged between 5 and 12. This "Science Horizons" series was instigated by Sir Clive Sinclair and ex-prime minister Harold Macmillan.
The aim was to teach users about food chains; as an insect life is short, with the constant danger of being eaten by a bird - but as an eagle the player is at the top of the food chain with mankind or starvation as the only dangers.
The simulation allows the player to be one of six animals: a hawk, a robin , a lion, a mouse, a fly or a butterfly. The world appears in scrolling grid form, with ice caps to the north and south. The player moves one square at a time, with visibility depending on the chosen animal, avoiding predators and find food and water. The game ends when the animal dies, either through starvation, dehydration, being killed by a predator, or old age.
The factory you're ready to strike
the factory is gonna catch fire
got the gasoline and the match to light
got the stains on your clothes from last night's fight
back door is shut
you pick the lock
pages in a pile as they take the shot
smoking guns, pistols cocked
always ready to kill, ready to stop
anyone who disagrees with a crooked plot
the crooked cops, sirens off
they bust the door, your pour the gasoline on
pages in your hand
they shoot your arm
second bullet hits, but you still respond
you strike the match
your pulse is gone
If nobody sees you, no one will know
save for the priest in the confessional
the mind moves fast but the body moves slow
no time to waste, 'cuz the cops might show
ripping out the pages of the Bible you stole
hide them in a bag with the chemical
courage, man...you're a proffesional
No one was seen, no potential threats
you run to the store, some matches to get
50p is down, your hands are wet
you're nervous now, man...you've started to sweat
face is so white, you can't forget
they've killed everyone who tried to start it
almost there
you see the darkened silloutte of...
the factory you're ready to strike
the factory is gonna catch fire
got the gasoline and the match to light
got the stains on your clothes from last night's fight
back door is shut
you pick the lock
pages in a pile as they take the shot
get the pages out...get the pages out...
