Overloaded follows Josh (Nick Afanasiev) as he embarks on his vacation in the sunny, but sometimes violent city of Los Angeles. Anxious about the trip, Josh starts to research L.A. long before his trip. With the help of the internet, he makes new friends in the L.A. area, buys a car, and even finds a girlfriend through an online chat. Without a driver's license and driving his "new" car, he arrives at the home of his cousin Kip (Christopher Guetig) and his war veteran roommate, Hank (Bob Bancroft). The nosy veteran decides to inspect Josh's car and discovers the body of a dead man in the trunk. Not wanting to end up in jail, Josh, Kip and Hank try to figure out how to get rid of the body before things spiral out of control.

Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard
Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard is a trilogy of fantasy novels by Rick Riordan. It is based on Norse mythology and is set in the same universe as the Camp Half-Blood chronicles, and The Kane Chronicles series. The first book, The Sword of Summer, was released on October 6, 2015. The second book, The Hammer of Thor, is set to be released on October 4, 2016.
The main protagonist Magnus Chase, son of the Vanir god of fertility Frey, narrates the novel in first person. He is a cousin of Annabeth Chase, a main character of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians and The Heroes of Olympus series, who links the two series together.

The Sword of Summer
The Sword of Summer is the first book in the series, and was released on October 6, 2015. In the US it was published by Disney Hyperion Books, an imprint of Disney Publishing Worldwide.
After the death of his mother two years ago, 16-year-old Magnus Chase lives on the streets of Boston. One day, he learns from his friend Blitz that two people are searching for him. He discovers that the two people are his uncle and cousin, Frederick and Annabeth Chase, who were sent by his uncle, Randolph, to find him.

Rick Riordan
Richard Russell "Rick" Riordan, Jr. (/ˈraɪərdən/; born June 5, 1964) is an American author known for writing the Percy Jackson & the Olympians series, which is about a twelve-year-old who discovers he is the son of Poseidon. His books have been translated into 37 languages and sold more than 30 million copies. Twentieth Century Fox has adapted the first two books of his Percy Jackson series as part of a series of films. His books have spawned related media, such as graphic novels and short story collections.
Born in San Antonio, Texas, Riordan was working as an English and social studies teacher in San Francisco when he conceived the idea for the Percy Jackson series as bedtime stories about ancient Greek heroes for his son Haley. Haley had been diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia, inspiring Riordan to make the titular protagonist ADHD/dyslexic. Riordan published the first novel in the series, The Lightning Thief in 2005. Four sequels followed, the last, The Last Olympian in 2009. Prior to Percy Jackson, Riordan had written the Tres Navarres series, a series of mystery novels for adult readers.

The Sword
The Sword is an American heavy metal band from Austin, Texas. Formed in 2003, the band is composed of vocalist and guitarist John D. Cronise, guitarist Kyle Shutt, bassist Bryan Richie, and drummer Santiago "Jimmy" Vela III. Originally signed to Kemado Records, the group released its debut album Age of Winters in 2006, the material for which had been largely written by Cronise. Follow-up album Gods of the Earth was released two years later and gave the group its first entry on the US Billboard 200 chart.
In 2010 the band released Warp Riders, a concept album centered on an original science fiction narrative, which marked the first time the band had enlisted an external producer in Matt Bayles. Wingo left the group later in the year and was replaced briefly by Kevin Fender, before Vela joined in 2011. After signing with Razor & Tie in 2012 the group released its fourth album Apocryphon, which was promoted worldwide on the Apocryphon Tour. The band's fifth album, High Country, was released in 2015.

Overloaded follows Josh (Nick Afanasiev) as he embarks on his vacation in the sunny, but sometimes violent city of Los Angeles. Anxious about the trip, Josh starts to research L.A. long before his trip. With the help of the internet, he makes new friends in the L.A. area, buys a car, and even finds a girlfriend through an online chat. Without a driver's license and driving his "new" car, he arrives at the home of his cousin Kip (Christopher Guetig) and his war veteran roommate, Hank (Bob Bancroft). The nosy veteran decides to inspect Josh's car and discovers the body of a dead man in the trunk. Not wanting to end up in jail, Josh, Kip and Hank try to figure out how to get rid of the body before things spiral out of control.
