Sir Bani Yas Island liegt etwa 170km suedwestlich von Abu Dhabi. Es ist bereits mein zweiter Trip zu dieser Insel bei dem ich diese wunderbare Gegend erforsche. Yesterday I attended one of the Drag Nights taking place at Yas Marina’s very own NHRA 1/4 mile drag strip in a practice-testing format. This allows participants to unleash the power of their stock or tuned cars and bikes in a safe and controlled environment. Çikolatalı Yaş Pasta Malzemeleri
2 paket bitter çikolata
80 gr. tereyağı
8 adet yumurta

Çikolata ganaj için malzemeler
4 paket bitter çikolata
200 ml. krema
Krema için malzemeler

100 gr. pudra şekeri
Arası ve üzeri için malzemeler
500 gr. çilek
Kek için
Şeker ve yumurtaları çırpın.
Tereyağını eritin, kenara alıp çikolatayı ilave edin ve karıştırarak eritin.
Eriyen çikolatayı yumurtalı karışıma karıştırarak ilave edin.
Un, kabartma tozu ve vanilyayı da ekleyip yeniden çırpın ve yağlanmış kek kalıplarına ikiye bölüştürün.
180 derecede önceden ısıtılmış fırında 30 dakika pişirin.
Ganaj için
Kremayı ısıtın ve kenara alıp çikolatayı eritin. Soğutun.
Krema için
Krema ve pudra şekerini iyice sertleşinceye kadar çırpın ve dolapta iyice soğutun.
Birleştirmek için
Kekleri iyice soğuyunca ortadan ikiye bölüp 4 parça kek elde edin.
Bir tanesini önünüze alıp, krema sürün, çilek yerleştirin ve ortasına çikolata dökün.
Üstüne 2. keki yerleştirin. Ve aynı şekilde tüm katlar bitene kadar dizin.
En son katı koyduktan sonra en üstüne çikolatayı sürüp, dolaba atın ve soğutun. Ardından dilimleyerek servis edin.
Üzerini istediğiniz gibi süsleyebilirsiniz.
Elmalı Poğaça Malzemeleri
250 gr. margarin
½ su bardağı sıvıyağ
3 yemek kaşığı pudra şekeri
1 adet yumurta
1 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
1 paket kabartma tozu
5 su bardağı un
İç harç için malzemeler
4 adet elma
1 çay bardağı toz şeker
1 çay bardağı dövülmüş ceviz
1 çay kaşığı tarçın
Pudra şekeri – üzeri için
Hamuru için tüm malzemeleri bir kaseye alıp yoğurun.
İç harç için elmaları soyup rendeleyin. Bir tavaya elmaları alın ve şekeri ilave edip suyunu çekinceye kadar kavurun.
Ceviz ve tarçını ekleyip çevirin ve kenara alıp soğutun.
Hamurdan bir parça alın ve elinizle açıp içine elmalı harçtan doldurun. Poğaça gibi kapatıp fırın tepsisine dizin. Tüm hamuru bu şekilde hazırlayıp fırın tepsisine dizin ve 180 derecede önceden ısıtılmış fırında 20-25 dakika pişirin.
Üzerine pudra şekeri serperek servis edin.

Çikolatalı Yaş Pasta Malzemeleri
2 paket bitter çikolata
80 gr. tereyağı
8 adet yumurta
300 gr. esmer şeker
240 gr. un
1 paket kabartma tozu
1 paket vanilya
Çikolata ganaj için malzemeler
4 paket bitter çikolata
200 ml. krema
Krema için malzemeler
500 ml. krema
100 gr. pudra şekeri
Arası ve üzeri için malzemeler
500 gr. çilek
Kek için
Şeker ve yumurtaları çırpın.
Tereyağını eritin, kenara alıp çikolatayı ilave edin ve karıştırarak eritin.
Eriyen çikolatayı yumurtalı karışıma karıştırarak ilave edin.
Un, kabartma tozu ve vanilyayı da ekleyip yeniden çırpın ve yağlanmış kek kalıplarına ikiye bölüştürün.
180 derecede önceden ısıtılmış fırında 30 dakika pişirin.
Ganaj için
Kremayı ısıtın ve kenara alıp çikolatayı eritin. Soğutun.
Krema için
Krema ve pudra şekerini iyice sertleşinceye kadar çırpın ve dolapta iyice soğutun.
Birleştirmek için
Kekleri iyice soğuyunca ortadan ikiye bölüp 4 parça kek elde edin.
Bir tanesini önünüze alıp, krema sürün, çilek yerleştirin ve ortasına çikolata dökün.
Üstüne 2. keki yerleştirin. Ve aynı şekilde tüm katlar bitene kadar dizin.
En son katı koyduktan sonra en üstüne çikolatayı sürüp, dolaba atın ve soğutun. Ardından dilimleyerek servis edin.
Üzerini istediğiniz gibi süsleyebilirsiniz.
Elmalı Poğaça Malzemeleri
250 gr. margarin
½ su bardağı sıvıyağ
3 yemek kaşığı pudra şekeri
1 adet yumurta
1 yemek kaşığı yoğurt
1 paket kabartma tozu
5 su bardağı un
İç harç için malzemeler
4 adet elma
1 çay bardağı toz şeker
1 çay bardağı dövülmüş ceviz
1 çay kaşığı tarçın
Pudra şekeri – üzeri için
Hamuru için tüm malzemeleri bir kaseye alıp yoğurun.
İç harç için elmaları soyup rendeleyin. Bir tavaya elmaları alın ve şekeri ilave edip suyunu çekinceye kadar kavurun.
Ceviz ve tarçını ekleyip çevirin ve kenara alıp soğutun.
Hamurdan bir parça alın ve elinizle açıp içine elmalı harçtan doldurun. Poğaça gibi kapatıp fırın tepsisine dizin. Tüm hamuru bu şekilde hazırlayıp fırın tepsisine dizin ve 180 derecede önceden ısıtılmış fırında 20-25 dakika pişirin.
Üzerine pudra şekeri serperek servis edin.

For adrenaline seekers there are three-meter high waves on Bubble’s Barrel, which has the world’s largest surfable sheet wave for flow boards and body boards. The Bandit Bomber, a 550–metre coaster, is the first with onboard water and laser effects. Riders can shoot jets of water at targets, drop water bombs and trigger special effects, while people below can spray them with water as they pass.
Sitting atop Jebel Dana, the towering core of the park’s altitude-defying summit and measuring eight metres in diameter, the park’s gigantic pearl is Yas Island’s newest landmark. The park draws on Abu Dhabi’s heritage and has ‘The Lost Pearl’ as its theme. Visitors follow the story of a young Emirati girl on a quest to find a legendary pearl as they make their way around the attractions, which include a souk and pearl-diving exhibits.
