SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - Coast Guard Sector San Juan hosted Dominican Republic Navy vessels from Nov. 30 to Dec. 1, 2009 during their final port call before returning to the Dominican Republic as part of their International Midshipmen Instruction Cruise 2009. The ship was carrying 17,000 tons of cement dust when it ran aground Nov. 18, 1999.
