In linguistics, a numeral is a member of a word class (or sometimes even a part of speech) designating numbers, such as the English word 'two' and the compound 'seventy-seven'.
Numerals may be attributive, as in two dogs, or pronominal, as in I saw two (of them).
Many words of different parts of speech indicate number or quantity. Quantifiers do not enumerate, or designate a specific number, but give another, often less specific, indication of amount. Examples are words such as every, most, least, some, etc. There are also number words which enumerate but are not a distinct part of speech, such as 'dozen', which is a noun, 'first', which is an adjective, or 'twice', which is an adverb. Numerals enumerate, but in addition have distinct grammatical behavior: when a numeral modifies a noun, it may replace the article: the/some dogs played in the park → twelve dogs played in the park. (Note that *dozen dogs played in the park is not grammatical, so 'dozen' is not a numeral.)
Hard or hardness may refer to:
Beat Assailant (born Adam Turner, Atlanta, 1977) is an American musical artist known for fusing hip-hop with jazz, funk, and other musical genres, which Celeste Rhoads of Allmusic writes "push the boundaries of hip-hop".Rain or Shine, a song off his 2012 album B, is featured in a commercial for the 2013 Nissan Juke.
Originally from Atlanta, Turner moved to Paris, where he recorded Hard Twelve, produced by Dany Wild ("Max"). Afterward he began experimenting with a big band format. He spent much of 2007 and 2008 on the road with a nine-piece band, with which he recorded Imperial Pressure. Discordance said the album was of great class, and mixed hip-hop, jazz, rock, and electronic music in an intelligent manner. His third album, Rhyme Space Continuum, was praised for its "vocal acrobatics".
Twelve Bar Blues is a 2001 novel by Patrick Neate, and the winner of that year's Whitbread novel award.
The story is essentially about two people who share a common history - Fortis 'Lick' Holden, a cornet player in early 20th Century New Orleans, and Sylvia Di Napoli, a retired prostitute living in modern day London, who is searching for her ancestry.
The habitual aspect is a form of expression connoting repetition or continuous existence of a state of affairs. In English when present time is referred to, there is no special grammatical marker for the habitual; the simple present is used, as in I go there (every day). However, for past reference English uses the simple past form or either of two alternative markers: used to as in we used to go there (every Thursday), and would as in back then we would go there (every Thursday).
The form [would + infinitive] is employed to talk about a habit or frequent action in a former time. One usually applies [would + infinitive] for the past habitual when one is telling a story about the past.
The past habitual employment of would requires an accompanying indication of the time of occurrence (more specifically than simply before the present): e.g., Last year we would go there frequently, but not simply We would go there frequently.

From the 2005 Album Hard Twelve. I was looking for lyrics for this song, but I couldn't find any. So if it doesn't look right, it probably isn't. :-P Lyrics: Who you are Is who you'll be All I ask out of you Is be real with me What you are Is what you'll be Why hold on to this Love If you don't Love me?
