Oh my God .. Elliot Spencer, what have they done to you? For all you viewers, please don't judge this video only on its title. For obviously we're not talking Doug Bradley here. We are talking about that horrible thing that came out after Bradley was last seen as Pinhead in Hellraiser: Hellworld. And for those who thought the Hellraiser series couldn't get any worse after some horrible sequels by Rick Bota; try sit through Hellraiser: Revelations. This 2011 sequel was made quickly so the studio could keep the rights to the franchise and neither Doug Bradley or Clive Barker wanted to have anything to do with it.
And we can see why. Just take one simply look at the new Pinhead. This time the role is played by a guy named Stephan Smith Collins, who looks more like a fan who dressed up for a convention. But there's also the crappy dialogue he has to get out of his mouth, the one-liners sound absolutely terrible. But that's what you get when you have people making a film without any effort. For the next Hellraiser - be it another sequel or a remake - please have Clive Barker and Doug Bradley return.
The Next Top 5 Worst Horror Characters
After my previous top 5 of worst horror characters, here's a new list with new character that really annoy the living shit out of me. For sometimes, a good movie or franchise can bring us a character that can really get on your nerve the moment they appear on screen. And number two on our list is Pinhead from Hellraiser: Revelations.

We've been keeping this quiet for nearly a year now and it feels great to finally let you all in on it!
When fans and show organizers started to ask about the possibility of a Pinhead photo op with Doug a few years back, we dismissed it as an impossibility. Almost nothing relating to Pinhead existed anymore. No makeup. No costume. Not even a life cast. Besides, shaking hands and "posing" for a picture with Pinhead seemed like a silly idea. From Doug's perspective, if he's in make-up and costume, he's in character. "Hi. How are you?' doesn't quite trip off The Prince Of Pain's tongue, does it?
The more time went on, the more the questions persisted and the more we talked about it. An idea evolved. If Pinhead can't enter the fans' world, how can we bring you into his? If we were to do it, we would want it to stand apart from the rest. It would need to be different. We began to talk about something a little more involved than the photo ops that most fans were used to. We wanted to present an experience and not just a photograph, as close to stepping on set with Doug as Pinhead as we could make it.
We finally made the decision to go forward with our ideas, fully knowing it would be a stressful, expensive, time consuming undertaking. It would have to be coordinated and funded solely by us, but even with that prospect, we would not skimp on details. We hired some of our closest and most talented friends to help us bring it all to life. We can only hope that everyone will be happy with what we've been able to accomplish together. We're still working on some of the final details but this is something we will present to fans for the first time at Mad Monster Party, Arizona in May, 2017.

Doug Bradley
Douglas William "Doug" Bradley (born 7 September 1954) is an English actor, best known for his role as the Lead Cenobite "Pinhead" in the Hellraiser film series.
Early life
Bradley was born in Liverpool, England. He attended Quarry Bank High School.
Career
Acting
Bradley is best known for playing the role of Pinhead, Lead Cenobite, in eight Hellraiser films (the only exception being Hellraiser: Revelations), as well as Captain Elliot Spencer in two of the films, Hellbound: Hellraiser II (1988) and Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth (1992). He is one of only six actors to play the same horror character at least six consecutive times, the others being Sir Christopher Lee (who portrayed Count Dracula), Robert Englund (who portrayed Freddy Krueger), Warwick Davis (who portrayed the Leprechaun), Brad Dourif (who portrayed Chucky) and Tobin Bell (who portrayed Jigsaw). Due to his eventual skill at application and removal of the Pinhead appliances and costume, he has been credited in some of the Hellraiser films as an assistant make-up artist named Bill Bradley, using his middle name.

Hellraiser
Hellraiser is a 1987 British horror film written and directed by Clive Barker, based on his own novella The Hellbound Heart. The film spawned a series of sequels. The film involves the resurrection of Frank (Sean Chapman), who had opened the door to an alternate dimension and had his body torn to pieces by creatures known as Cenobites. Years later, Frank's brother Larry (Andrew Robinson) moves into Frank's abandoned house with his daughter, Kirsty (Ashley Laurence), and his new wife, Julia (Clare Higgins). An accident causes some of Larry's blood to spill on the attic floor, which somehow triggers Frank's resurrection. To complete his resurrection, he requires more blood which Julia provides while Kirsty discovers Frank's puzzlebox which leads her to meet with the Cenobites.
Hellraiser was filmed in late 1986. Barker originally wanted the electronic music group Coil to perform the music for the film, but later had the group's music changed by Christopher Young. Hellraiser had its first public showing at the Prince Charles Cinema on 10 September 1987. Initial reviews ranged from Melody Maker calling it the greatest horror film made in Britain, to Roger Ebert calling it a "bankruptcy of imagination".

Miramax
Miramax (formerly Miramax Films) is an American entertainment company known for distributing independent and foreign films headquartered in Santa Monica, California. Founded in 1979 by Bob and Harvey Weinstein, Miramax was a leading independent film motion picture distribution and production company before it was acquired by The Walt Disney Company on June 30, 1993. We've been keeping this quiet for nearly a year now and it feels great to finally let you all in on it! When fans and show organizers started to ask about the possibility of a Pinhead photo op with Doug a few years back, we dismissed it as an impossibility. Almost nothing relating to Pinhead existed anymore. No makeup. No costume. Not even a life cast. Besides, shaking hands and "posing" for a picture with Pinhead seemed like a silly idea. For sometimes, a good movie or franchise can bring us a character that can really get on your nerve the moment they appear on screen. We've been keeping this quiet for nearly a year now and it feels great to finally let you all in on it!
When fans and show organizers started to ask about the possibility of a Pinhead photo op with Doug a few years back, we dismissed it as an impossibility. Almost nothing relating to Pinhead existed anymore. No makeup. No costume. Not even a life cast. Besides, shaking hands and "posing" for a picture with Pinhead seemed like a silly idea. From Doug's perspective, if he's in make-up and costume, he's in character. "Hi. How are you?' doesn't quite trip off The Prince Of Pain's tongue, does it?
The more time went on, the more the questions persisted and the more we talked about it. An idea evolved. If Pinhead can't enter the fans' world, how can we bring you into his? If we were to do it, we would want it to stand apart from the rest. It would need to be different. We began to talk about something a little more involved than the photo ops that most fans were used to. We wanted to present an experience and not just a photograph, as close to stepping on set with Doug as Pinhead as we could make it.
We finally made the decision to go forward with our ideas, fully knowing it would be a stressful, expensive, time consuming undertaking. It would have to be coordinated and funded solely by us, but even with that prospect, we would not skimp on details. We hired some of our closest and most talented friends to help us bring it all to life. We can only hope that everyone will be happy with what we've been able to accomplish together. We're still working on some of the final details but this is something we will present to fans for the first time at Mad Monster Party, Arizona in May, 2017.

Oh my God .. Elliot Spencer, what have they done to you? For all you viewers, please don't judge this video only on its title. For obviously we're not talking Doug Bradley here. We are talking about that horrible thing that came out after Bradley was last seen as Pinhead in Hellraiser: Hellworld. And for those who thought the Hellraiser series couldn't get any worse after some horrible sequels by Rick Bota; try sit through Hellraiser: Revelations. This 2011 sequel was made quickly so the studio could keep the rights to the franchise and neither Doug Bradley or Clive Barker wanted to have anything to do with it.
And we can see why. Just take one simply look at the new Pinhead. This time the role is played by a guy named Stephan Smith Collins, who looks more like a fan who dressed up for a convention. But there's also the crappy dialogue he has to get out of his mouth, the one-liners sound absolutely terrible. But that's what you get when you have people making a film without any effort. For the next Hellraiser - be it another sequel or a remake - please have Clive Barker and Doug Bradley return.

After my previous top 5 of worst horror characters, here's a new list with new character that really annoy the living shit out of me. For sometimes, a good movie or franchise can bring us a character that can really get on your nerve the moment they appear on screen. And number two on our list is Pinhead from Hellraiser: Revelations.

We've been keeping this quiet for nearly a year now and it feels great to finally let you all in on it!
When fans and show organizers started to ask about the possibility of a Pinhead photo op with Doug a few years back, we dismissed it as an impossibility. Almost nothing relating to Pinhead existed anymore. No makeup. No costume. Not even a life cast. Besides, shaking hands and "posing" for a picture with Pinhead seemed like a silly idea. From Doug's perspective, if he's in make-up and costume, he's in character. "Hi. How are you?' doesn't quite trip off The Prince Of Pain's tongue, does it?
The more time went on, the more the questions persisted and the more we talked about it. An idea evolved. If Pinhead can't enter the fans' world, how can we bring you into his? If we were to do it, we would want it to stand apart from the rest. It would need to be different. We began to talk about something a little more involved than the photo ops that most fans were used to. We wanted to present an experience and not just a photograph, as close to stepping on set with Doug as Pinhead as we could make it.
We finally made the decision to go forward with our ideas, fully knowing it would be a stressful, expensive, time consuming undertaking. It would have to be coordinated and funded solely by us, but even with that prospect, we would not skimp on details. We hired some of our closest and most talented friends to help us bring it all to life. We can only hope that everyone will be happy with what we've been able to accomplish together. We're still working on some of the final details but this is something we will present to fans for the first time at Mad Monster Party, Arizona in May, 2017.
