We compare the graphics of Hard Reset Original with the Hard Reset Redux Remaster both on PC. Both titles are set to maximum graphics settings while we deactivated the blur feature. There is an overview of the graphics options at the end of the video. Either the Redux version on PC is buggy or it has been downgraded, maybe to make performance better on consoles. You can clearly see that Ambient Occlusion is lighter or off than in the original, bloom is missing, light effects are missing, textures are not as crisp as in the original version.

Wir vergleichen die Grafik von Hard Reset im Original mit dem Hard Reset Redux Remaster auf dem PC. Beide Titel sind auf maximale Grafik-Details gestellt, wobei wir Unschärfe-Effekte deaktiviert haben. Eine Übersicht über die Grafik-Optionen gibt es am Ende des Videos. Die Redux Version sieht aktuell schlechter aus als das Original. Texturen sind weniger scharf, Lichteffekte fehlen und Umgebungsverdeckung scheint reduziert oder nicht vorhanden zu sein. Dafür ist die Performance deutlich höher.

We compare the graphics of Hard Reset Original with the Hard Reset Redux Remaster both on PC. Both titles are set to maximum graphics settings while we deactivated the blur feature. There is an overview of the graphics options at the end of the video. Either the Redux version on PC is buggy or it has been downgraded, maybe to make performance better on consoles. You can clearly see that Ambient Occlusion is lighter or off than in the original, bloom is missing, light effects are missing, textures are not as crisp as in the original version.

Wir vergleichen die Grafik von Hard Reset im Original mit dem Hard Reset Redux Remaster auf dem PC. Beide Titel sind auf maximale Grafik-Details gestellt, wobei wir Unschärfe-Effekte deaktiviert haben. Eine Übersicht über die Grafik-Optionen gibt es am Ende des Videos. Die Redux Version sieht aktuell schlechter aus als das Original. Texturen sind weniger scharf, Lichteffekte fehlen und Umgebungsverdeckung scheint reduziert oder nicht vorhanden zu sein. Dafür ist die Performance deutlich höher.
