There are no excuses to not get your workouts in while you travel.
Fitness Centers aren’t the best gyms but when you’re traveling, you have to make the most of what you have access to. There are many creative ways to work certain body parts.
Think like MacGyver!
Worst case scenario - even body weight push-ups with different variations in your room or plyometrics is better than nothing.
It’s all in the mind. Just get in the zone!
What you’ll see: Wide grip seated cable rows using lat pulldown machine- One Arm dumbbell movement for increasing intensity since dumbbell weight usually isn’t too heavy in fitness centers - Abs (modified “
Rocky” exercise); you can do abs just about anywhere!
Working out before eating all-inclusive meals will help feed the muscles and minimize fat gain ☺
