1) Grampy Rabbit's Dinosaur Park: 00:00 - 5:10
To celebrate Freddy Fox's birthday, the children go on a trip to a Dinosaur Park. With Grampy Rabbit as their leader, they follow dinosaur footprints to find Freddy's birthday treat.
2) Mr Potato Comes To Town: 5:11 - 10:20
All of Peppa's town are excited to meet Mr Potato when he comes to open a new sports centre in town.
3) Camping Holiday: 10:21 - 15:30
Peppa and her family are on holiday in their special camper van. They decide to go to Duck Land, a special park where they can see the ducks in the river, and are surprised when their van turns into a boat.
4) Swimming: 15:31 - 20:40
Peppa and her family are at the swimming pool. George is a little worried at first but is soon splashing happily with his friend Richard Rabbit. Rebecca Rabbit is there too. She and Peppa are very proud of their swimming skills. Everyone is surprised to discover that Daddy Pig is very good at swimming and diving. Very good indeed.

It is a super hot day, and all the mud puddles have dried up, so Peppa and George play in the wading pool.

It is Mummy Pig's birthday. Peppa, George and Daddy Pig are just as excited as Mummy. They have lots of fun preparing secret, birthday surprises for her. When Mummy Pig sees her beautiful cake and opens her present she is absolutely delighted.

Peppa Pig's best friend comes over to visit.

It's raining and Peppa is sad because she can't play outside. When the rain stops, Peppa and George get to play one of their favourite games - jumping in muddy puddles! When Mummy and Daddy Pig join in, things get very muddy indeed.
9) Flying a Kite: 41:21 - 46:30
Peppa, George, Mummy and Daddy are flying a kite in the park. Things don't go according to plan and the kite gets tangled in a tree beside a big muddy puddle.

Indigenous minority languages are Latgalian and the nearly extinct Finno-Ugric Livonian language. In terms of geography, territory and population Latvia is the middle of three Baltic states: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Latvia and Estonia share a long common history: historical Livonia, times of German (Teutonic Order), Polish-Lithuanian, Swedish, Russian, Nazi German and Soviet rule, 13th century Christianization and 16th century Protestant Reformation. As if that's not bad enough, the store is being threatened by Albert and Peet's school enemy, the Lex Luthor clone, JJ van Tonder. Saskia, Peet's flaming hot high school sweetheart, Monique, a shy shop assistant, SuperWayne, a regular customer at Dimensie, Albert and Peet put their heads together to come up with a way to save Dimensie from the bulldozers. The question remains however - Is there enough time to save Dimensie before JJ and his father blow it up completely. Superhelde - Reveal the hero within!

However, the economy is taking off again, and growth is expected to reach 4 to 5 percent next year. This is in part thanks to a business boom in recent years.
Twenty-eight year old Gintz Ziverts is one of Latvia's success stories.
After spending ten years in South-East Asia and Thailand, he decided to open Latvia's first Thai restaurant.
It was an instant success.
Today, Gintz employs seven people and makes twice as much as he had expected. He is thinking of opening up other Thai restaurants in Riga.
"I was living in Bangkok, and I saw all the food and thought that this type of food and this way of living were missing in Latvia," says Gintz.
"So I got the idea of opening a Thai restaurant in Latvia, simple food at simple prices, accessible to everyone. But it was new in Latvia, and this was a bit difficult to explain to investors."
But in the end, Gintz did manage to convince investors.
He got a 65.000 euro loan as well as 10.000 euros in subsidies. It was part of a European Social Fund partnership programme called New Start, aimed at helping 25-40 year olds set up their own businesses.
The programme also provided Gintz with an accounts training course.
"Through this course in accounting, I learnt how to manage my funds," says Gintz.
"I learnt how to hire workers in Latvia, and the law behind all of it, how to do things, and what the downside can be."
The European Social Fund is the European Union's main instrument for supporting employment in member states, especially those suffering heavily from the crisis.
Introduced in Latvia in 2009, the New Start programme has made a real difference for young entrepreneurs.
"Under the New Start program, Latvia has created 700 new businesses and 1,300 new jobs," says Inna Steinbuka, head of representation at the European Commission. "This is very impressive."
Gintz has this advice for anyone thinking of setting up their own business:
"The main keys to success are : first, the idea. Second, hard work. And third, getting the funding. To get the funding, you must make your idea attractive for the investors."

http://www.euronews.com/ This week, Business Planet is in Riga, the capital of Latvia, a country which suffered heavily from the global crisis.
However, the economy is taking off again, and growth is expected to reach 4 to 5 percent next year. This is in part thanks to a business boom in recent years.
Twenty-eight year old Gintz Ziverts is one of Latvia's success stories.
After spending ten years in South-East Asia and Thailand, he decided to open Latvia's first Thai restaurant.
It was an instant success.
Today, Gintz employs seven people and makes twice as much as he had expected. He is thinking of opening up other Thai restaurants in Riga.
"I was living in Bangkok, and I saw all the food and thought that this type of food and this way of living were missing in Latvia," says Gintz.
"So I got the idea of opening a Thai restaurant in Latvia, simple food at simple prices, accessible to everyone. But it was new in Latvia, and this was a bit difficult to explain to investors."
But in the end, Gintz did manage to convince investors.
He got a 65.000 euro loan as well as 10.000 euros in subsidies. It was part of a European Social Fund partnership programme called New Start, aimed at helping 25-40 year olds set up their own businesses.
The programme also provided Gintz with an accounts training course.
"Through this course in accounting, I learnt how to manage my funds," says Gintz.
"I learnt how to hire workers in Latvia, and the law behind all of it, how to do things, and what the downside can be."

But the euro's tarnished image is one reason why opinion polls show around half of Latvians didn't want to adopt it.
Reasons given included fear of losing sovereignty and having to support other eurozone countries if there were a new crisis, as well as worries that prices would go up.
The euro adoption follows years of harsh austerity after Latvia suffered the EU's worst recession.
It is now arguably in a better state than much of the rest of the bloc, with economic growth this year forecast by the European Commission to be 4.1 percent compared with the eurozone's 1.1 percent.
Unemployment in Latvia is set to be 10.3 percent of the workforce in 2014, with the eurozone average predicted to be 12.2 percent.
Latvia joined as the single currency bloc marked its 15th anniversary, and the euro is now used by 333 million Europeans.
But the neighbouring Baltic state of Lithuania is the only remaining EU
country showing much enthusiasm for euro admission. It is due to join in 2015.
Other former Soviet bloc nations such as Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary are reticent about currency union.
Within Latvia, businesses are keener that the general population because they expect borrowing costs to be lower and investment to increase. They also see export opportunities within a eurozone that is showing signs of recovery.
That was reinforced by figures just released for December which reveal manufacturing in the region grew at the fastest rate since mid-2011.

Now things are going down steeply,the Latvian economy is sinking by at least 12 per cent. An unemployment rate of 20 per cent is expected. Many civil servants such as police officers or teachers can only look on as their salaries are drastically cut. In Latvia,the crisis is even affecting children. A number of schools had to be closed.

Four students -- two Latvians and two Estonians -- are traveling around Latvian and Estonia to find out where Estonians and Latvians understand each other the best, what they can do together, to study and which stereotypes they need to come across. Film takes place near the Latvian - Estonian border and the students take a road that connects both countries. Along this road they meet people who are learning to be better neighbors in order to gain mutual benefits. In this road movie students meet Estonian and Latvian farmers that learn from each other and are ready to grow ecological products for restaurants across the countries; musicians that perform together, playing their own traditional instruments; children and youngsters that are connected by motoring as on the Estonian, so on the Latvian side; and also visit borderland cities Valka and Valga where different generations develop neighborly relations. Film is a co-coproduction between Estonian film studio Allfilm and Latvian - Mistrus Media. Director of the film is Linda Olte, scriptwriter Guntars Daģis, camera operator Jurģis Kmins, assistant director Daiga Livčāne, producers Inese Boka-Grūbe and Elina Litvinova.

However, all European countries have the same cultural roots and share common values such as freedom and justice, often gained through arduous historical processes. In addition, the universal language of the arts which have developed in Europe from antiquity to modern times is understood everywhere on the continent.
The annual CULTURAL DAYS of the European Central Bank (ECB) focus on culture as the foundations of the "European house", as well as on the different forms it takes in the individual Member States of the European Union (EU). Each year, a different country showcases itself in Frankfurt am Main using outstanding representatives of its culture.
In 2013 Latvia is the guest of the city in which the ECB is based. From 16 October to 15 November, this Baltic State, which joined the EU in 2004, will be in the spotlight with music (ranging from the classical orchestral concert to the "indie pop" event), readings, film screenings, an unusual theatre project, exhibitions focusing on the visual arts, architecture and photography, lectures, as well as a special programme for children.
The history of this country that was subject to foreign rule for centuries and of its capital Riga, a cosmopolitan melting pot with a lively German and Jewish culture around 1900, is reflected in these events and also in the current social situation of Latvia, an independent state since 1991. The innovative use of artistic tradition, which is essential for the national identity, and openness to international contemporary forms of expression equally characterise present Latvian cultural life.

Kristaps Porzingis hasn’t played in an NBA game yet, but already his legend is growing. A Latvian rap duo called Transleiteris has written a song about the New York Knicks fourth overall pick called “#Porzingis.”
“I didn’t realize that this song is so popular in New York,” Latvian rapper Edzus Kaukulis said on CBS Sports Radio’s Gio and Jones. “It was crazy. We made the song, and we didn’t realize it will go to the United States. But it’s good. I think the fans love it.”
It remains to be seen whether Knicks fans will love Porzingis, whom many see as a 7-1, 210-pound project. Kaukulis, however, has seen Porzingis up close and personal and believes he can succeed in the NBA.
“In Latvia, it’s quite rare (for) a guy to go to the NBA,” he said. “I think this is the third guy from Latvia who will play there in the NBA. So I think he will be a good player. We all – almost 2 million people in Latvia – feel he will be a star there. So there’s a reason why we made a song about him.”
Another Latvian musical duo, Olas, wrote a song about Latvian NHL player Zemgus Girgensons, who was an All-Star in 2015.
“If one Latvian goes to United States and play in NBA or NHL, it means that (a Latvian musical group) will make (a) song about them,” Kaukulis joked.
Kaukulis said hockey is the most popular sport in Latvia but that a lot of people love basketball as well. He added that he hopes to one day perform the song live in New York.
“We have a lot of rap musicians in Latvia,” he said, “but I think now we are the most famous in Latvia because we are the only band in Latvia whose song is played in the United States. Now we are saying we are the most popular group from Latvia in the United States. This is our first hit song, and I think it’s quite good (for the first hit)

Sex tourism in Riga, Latvia - a short documentary.
For my final major college project, I decided to produce a film about sex tourism in my home town of Riga. As well as meeting a wide variety of male tourist groups from all over Europe, I interviewed a lot of locals that had come in to direct and indirect contact with the sex industry - everyone from a local rickshaw driver to the director of a company that organises stag weekends. This film is neither supporting, nor opposing sex tourism, but is a mere look in to a subject that i have always found interesting and intriguing. Latvian amber was known in places as far away as Ancient Greece and the Roman Empire. In the 12th century, German traders arrived, bringing with them missionaries who attempted to convert the pagan Finno-Ugric and Baltic tribes to the Christian faith. The Germans founded Rīga in 1201, establishing it as the largest and most powerful city on the eastern coast of the Baltic Sea. After independence in 1918, Latvia achieved considerable results in social development, economy, industry and agriculture. It has always been a multicultural melting point, where foreigners and locals worked together and brought prosperity to the country. On June 16, 1940, Vyacheslav Molotov presented the Latvian representative in Moscow with an ultimatum accusing Latvia of violations of that pact, and on June 17 Soviet forces occupied the country. Elections for a "People's Saeima" were held, and a puppet government headed by Augusts Kirhenšteins led Latvia into the USSR. The annexation was formalized on August 5, 1940. During the time of the Iron Curtain, Latvia was a province of the Soviet Union, but the concentration of heavy industry was enormous. Contacts with the West were regulated. The Baltic region had the reputation of being the most urbanized and having the highest literacy rate in the Soviet Union. Latvia gained independence on September 6, 1991. Between 1991 and 2007 the country saw unprecedented economic growth. However, the global recession and the banking crisis hit Latvia brutally, and severe economic contraction and destructively high unemployment have returned.
Because of a tribal past and divisions between occupying nations, there are regional differences between parts of Latvia which are interesting to explore.

I traveled to Riga for only 4 days and managed to see and do a lot in that short given timeframe. Riga is the largest city of the Baltics and offers a lot of cool things to do in Riga itself but also just a short train ride out of the center in Sigulda.
This video showcases the combination of a city trip and and action packed day out in the nature. My personal highlight has been the flight in the vertical wind tunnel "Aerodium" near Sigulda - if you feel like you can even go Bungee Jumping there.

I traveled to Riga for only 4 days and managed to see and do a lot in that short given timeframe. Riga is the largest city of the Baltics and offers a lot of cool things to do in Riga itself but also just a short train ride out of the center in Sigulda.
This video showcases the combination of a city trip and and action packed day out in the nature. My personal highlight has been the flight in the vertical wind tunnel "Aerodium" near Sigulda - if you feel like you can even go Bungee Jumping there.

For my final major college project, I decided to produce a film about sex tourism in my home town of Riga. As well as meeting a wide variety of male tourist groups from all over Europe, I interviewed a lot of locals that had come in to direct and indirect contact with the sex industry - everyone from a local rickshaw driver to the director of a company that organises stag weekends.
This film is neither supporting, nor opposing sex tourism, but is a mere look in to a subject that i have always found interesting and intriguing.

We’re at the Freedom Monument, which is a memorial to all the Latvian people who died during the Latvian War of Independence. It’s a really majestic monument, and I love the detailed statues there as well. Today, it’s a really important symbol of freedom for Latvian people. Behind me is the another lovelock bridge. We’ve seen quite a few of these around Europe, and while Nathan doesn’t really see the point, I think they’re really romantic. In my travel channel, I share my own trip videos from my journeys. Until now, I traveled around 40 countries and I produced 10.000 stock footage. I am professional traveler and videographer, working many microstock footage companies. In my youtube videos, I try to combine my stock footages by locations, cities and/or countries and try to show people what did I see and I experienced. This is my video blog, a videoblog without narration. I show people what to see, what to do, where to go, when to go, different activities, best attractions, main sightseeing places, famous sights etc. I try to choose happy travel music. Also I am a backpacker, so I travel very cheap. I like to interact with local people, indigenous lifestyle, view of daily life on streets, panorama scenes. You can also night life view.
