Plot: For fixed-gear cyclists, Los Angeles is a city that has it all. From the neon glow of Hollywood to the sun-drenched boardwalk of Venice Beach, fixed-gear has evolved into a vibrant street culture that is uniquely L.A. From director David Rowe ("Fast Friday") comes a new documentary feature that explores a side of L.A. few outsiders have seen. From races through rush-hour traffic to midnight loft parties, TO LIVE & RIDE IN L.A. is a fast paced-trip through the busy streets and back-alleys of one of the world's largest cities. TO LIVE & RIDE IN L.A. features talented local riders tearing up the streets with first-time visitor Keo Curry ("Fast Friday", "Macaframa") - one of the living legends of the sport. Bike to hidden spots off the map, race a midnight alley-cat, keep pace with the riders from Wolfpack, and hang with the local crews, graffiti artists and other L.A. personalities burning up the fixed-gear scene.

Plot: Well, the world has finally managed to blow itself up. Only Australia has been spared from nuclear destruction and a gigantic wave of radiation is floating in on the breezes. Only two months are left. One American sub located in the Pacific has survived and is met with disdain by the Australians when it arrives. All of the calculations of Australia's most renowned scientist says the country is at doomsday - get ready. However, one of his rivals say that is incorrect. He believes that a 1000 people can be relocated into the northern hemisphere, where his assumptions indicate the radiation levels may be lower. The American Captain is asked to take a mission to the north to determine which scientist is right (and along the way check out the devastation in Alaska and California - seemingly all bodies and vehicles were disintegrated). However, before the mission, all kinds of bland soap opera relationships are played out. Brown and his ex-fiancée battle it out in a love-hate relationship. Meanwhile she also takes a liking to Assante, who is divided in his loyalties to his men and his love for his now-dead wife and children.

After a quick chorus of "You're in the Army Now," a messenger pigeon drops in with news that General Hardtack is being held prisoner. They dash off in a motorcycle/sidecar, chased by another smart bullet, and arrive in the nick of time to dispatch the general's captors. Plot: The gold rush. Beans finds gold in the mountains and rushes into town with the news. Soon, everyone (except Porky's daughter Little Kitty, who Beans fancies) has rushed out to the mountains, but because Porky takes Beans in his car (!), they get there first. Porky finds a gold nugget, then keeps taking it from his pocket. Beans finds a treasure chest that contains a book, "How to Find Gold." A bad guy spots a sack near Porky's equipment and lassos it; Porky tells Beans that if he retrieves the sack, he can have Porky's daughter. Beans gives chase in Porky's car; there's a shootout. The car runs out of gas, so Beans refills it with moonshine and it takes off like a shot. He snares the bad guy, the sack, and Porky and races back to town. Porky gives Beans his daughter's hand and reveals the contents of the sack.

I'm busy now, can I call you later?
I stack beans, into a mountain
I'm busy now, I'm still countin'
Chilzilly Gonzizzle make it drizzle
And my initials, monogrammed on my weed bag
It's official, same old racket, new tax bracket
My life's an expensive movie, I'm back-lit
And after countless sequels, I'm still the opposite of
peaceful
The opposite of Swiss people
And when the beans talk, I hear the echo
Speaking to me in the voice of Mr. Gordan Gekko
I got some beans but I want some more
And the French don't have a word for entrepreneur
They're into status, seduction addicts
They don't care who's bean sack is the fattest
In fact they seem pissed if a rich man's in their midst
Cause they think musicians must be socialists
Sorry, I apologize, I guess I'm an assman
I love big bottomed lines
I'm not a has-been, but I has beans
And that means being beanless is a bad dream
Woke up this morning I was all sweaty
Like my name was Tom, have I become petty?
Don't wanna be a broke joke unemployed
Where is the joy for this poor little rich boy?
Don't wanna be a broke joke unemployed
Where is the joy for this poor little rich boy?
I can't sleep, I won't sleep, don't wanna sleep
I finally fall asleep but in that dream I'm counting
more beans
I had a childhood of money lust
But thank God dough rises to the upper crust
And the crumbs feed the pigeons, I could see a vision
Made a decision to be a paid musician, I would play in
the system
That's why I never had a shortage
Cause I don't snort it, like they do in Shortage
Business is pleasure if you can afford it
So I pay the weedman same day as the mortgage
I plant seeds and then they blossom
It's a healthy fuckin' beans that's fucking awesome
I plant seeds and then they blossom
It's a healthy fuckin' beans that's fucking awesome,
right?
All work no play, sounds silly
But it sure takes a lot of beans to make chili
On with the show, extravagonzo
Beanaholic, call me Chilly Garbanzo
My money is so clean, Listerine
If money talks I could never play Mr. Bean
What's my recipe? I could never spill the beans
