Signor Presidente, come tutti sappiamo, nella notte di sabato 13 febbraio 2010 si sono verificati in via Padova, a Milano, alcuni scontri tra bande di immigrati nordafricani e sudamericani, che hanno causato la morte di un giovane egiziano. I fatti di via Padova non possono, però, essere derubricati: rappresentano, a mio parere, un epifenomeno di una situazione che rischia di essere più diffusa di quanto non appaia.
A seguito di questi fatti, il sindaco di Milano ha chiesto e ricevuto dal Governo un aumento delle forze di polizia. Quello che mi domando è come mai, quando noi abbiamo chiesto in quest'Aula di avere un rafforzamento della polizia, invece di fare le ronde, non eravamo stati ascoltati.
In particolare, quello che chiediamo è come il Governo si impegna ad evitare le forme di ghettizzazione già presenti nelle aree metropolitane, come porta avanti una politica che non alimenti le paure, senza certamente andare a perquisire casa per casa, e come affronta le questioni che sono emerse in queste ore nella città di Milano.
Signor Presidente, signor Ministro, mi dispiace di dichiararmi completamente e profondamente insoddisfatto. La sua mi è sembrata una risposta eccessivamente burocratica rispetto ad un fenomeno che ha visto una persona essere uccisa. Credo che bisognava probabilmente fornire una risposta più approfondita, perché il caso che è successo in Via Padova non si può dire è capitato «per caso»: se è successo vuol dire che, da tempo, le politiche migratorie e di integrazione di questo Governo non stanno funzionando, perché, altrimenti, non sarebbe successo! Mi aspettavo allora da lei che mi avrebbe risposto diversamente, che avrebbe analizzato maggiormente la situazione, che avrebbe visto le responsabilità di chi è al governo in Lombardia, di chi è al governo al comune di Milano; che non sono lì da oggi, ma da 15 anni alcuni, e quasi 15 anche gli altri, e che pertanto non sono stati in grado di capire che cosa succedeva in quella via!
Bisogna allora anche avere il coraggio ogni tanto di dire di chi è la responsabilità, e in questo caso le responsabilità locali e nazionali sono altissime. Spero che tutti traiamo lezione da quanto è avvenuto; e che pertanto la politica sull'immigrazione non può essere solo quella della repressione, dell'utilizzo della forza, dei respingimenti: quella che manca è una politica dell'integrazione interculturale, che sia in grado di far stare bene tutti, i cittadini italiani e i cittadini stranieri, in modo che la sicurezza sia garantita da questo!
A me dispiace del tipo di risposta che mi viene fornita, perché non coglie la situazione, non coglie la drammaticità di quanto è avvenuto! Certo, bisogna anche dire a qualcuno che sarebbe meglio tacere, invece di eccitare gli animi.

In particolare, quello che chiediamo è come il Governo si impegna ad evitare le forme di ghettizzazione già presenti nelle aree metropolitane, come porta avanti una politica che non alimenti le paure, senza certamente andare a perquisire casa per casa, e come affronta le questioni che sono emerse in queste ore nella città di Milano.
Signor Presidente, signor Ministro, mi dispiace di dichiararmi completamente e profondamente insoddisfatto. La sua mi è sembrata una risposta eccessivamente burocratica rispetto ad un fenomeno che ha visto una persona essere uccisa. Credo che bisognava probabilmente fornire una risposta più approfondita, perché il caso che è successo in Via Padova non si può dire è capitato «per caso»: se è successo vuol dire che, da tempo, le politiche migratorie e di integrazione di questo Governo non stanno funzionando, perché, altrimenti, non sarebbe successo! Mi aspettavo allora da lei che mi avrebbe risposto diversamente, che avrebbe analizzato maggiormente la situazione, che avrebbe visto le responsabilità di chi è al governo in Lombardia, di chi è al governo al comune di Milano; che non sono lì da oggi, ma da 15 anni alcuni, e quasi 15 anche gli altri, e che pertanto non sono stati in grado di capire che cosa succedeva in quella via!
Bisogna allora anche avere il coraggio ogni tanto di dire di chi è la responsabilità, e in questo caso le responsabilità locali e nazionali sono altissime. Spero che tutti traiamo lezione da quanto è avvenuto; e che pertanto la politica sull'immigrazione non può essere solo quella della repressione, dell'utilizzo della forza, dei respingimenti: quella che manca è una politica dell'integrazione interculturale, che sia in grado di far stare bene tutti, i cittadini italiani e i cittadini stranieri, in modo che la sicurezza sia garantita da questo!
A me dispiace del tipo di risposta che mi viene fornita, perché non coglie la situazione, non coglie la drammaticità di quanto è avvenuto! Certo, bisogna anche dire a qualcuno che sarebbe meglio tacere, invece di eccitare gli animi.
