Wade Belak shows his great sense of humour in this story with Greg Ross.
Sad news as of August 31, 2011, as Wade was found dead in his Toronto hotel room. He may not have had the best scoring touch, but his heart and love of the game made him a fan favourite. This video is dedicated to his memory. Rest in peace, Beelar. -- Wade Belak, not having scored a goal since December 20, 2003, scores his first goal in 143 games against Chris Mason and the Nashville Predators on December 5, 2007. Belak was also on pace to beat the Maple Leafs record of consecutive games without a goal, a record held by Bob McGill with a goaless drought of 198 games. However, the record for Belak was not-to-be, as he had his streak come to an end. Joe Bowen and Greg Millen with the call. Let the Wade Belak chanting begin: "BELAK! BELAK! BELAK! BELAK!" Hey Belak fans, I've posted this ...
Revenging Kaberle. RIP Wade, one of the true beauties.

Thought I'd try putting all the 'Wade a Minute' segments together in one easy spot to view them. For those who are just finding this now, it was a segment on LeafsTV with Wade Belak and Jody. Lot of fun things happen over the course of this hour. At the end we have when Wade came back to the ACC as a member of the Nashville Predators.
Another child
Fell to earth from guilt and lies
Didn't have no sense in life
His time is wasted
In came the widow black
It was a foul attack
A letter written as goodbye
It's all a lie
Courtney
You killed Kurt
You will go down - be punished
I'm the drugs you're abusing
Courtney
You fuckin' cunt
Yeah you broke up the mentors
I'm the wrath of an army
You paid a man
Known as detective grant
Suspicions rose, but towards you
You're digging gold
The gear for horse was wrapped
3 times a deadly snap
The shotgun calling out a name
