Exercises, Exercises, And More Exercises!!! It seems as though they're never-ending, and it seems as though the world is set on war. Take this week, for instance. During the week of October 4-7th, 2016, 40 million Russians will take part in a large-scale all-Russian civil defense drill. According to the Russian Ministry for Civil Defense, this drill will involve federal and regional executive authorities, local governments, and civil defense organizations. This drill will consist of three parts: The first part will be the organization of civil defense actions... involving senior officials of federal and regional executive authorities, local governments and civil defense forces, deployment of civil defense management system on all levels, and readying civil defense communication and notification system: to be signaled by the National Crisis Management Center. The second part will involve the planning and organization of civil defense actions, and will deploy a team of civil defense forces and facilities designed to respond to large disasters and fires. This stage also plans to practice deployment of a mobile interagency multi-functional team of civil defense forces and facilities in each federal district in order to carry our rescue and other urgent operations, civil defense actions and to deploy special civil defense units in constituent territories; putting rescue military units, divisions of the federal fire service, rescue units on standby. Part three will involve the actions of civil defense management bodies and forces for response to large disasters and fires. Radiation, chemical, and biological protection measures will be rehearsed, along with the personnel and population safety procedures during emergencies at crucial and potentially dangerous facilities. With so much preparation, one has to wonder what REALLY is going on... Couple this drill with the 10-day advisory from Germany, in which German citizens were told to stockpile food and water, along with the Czech Republic — and something's definitely not right. Then there's Exercise Red Flag: a joint-military exercise involving South Korea and the U.S. conducting major nuclear drills... set to occur from October 3-21st, 2016.
