The awkward interruption quickly caught the attention of the Twitterverse, with many saying they were outraged that KTLA forced Liberte to put a cover-up while she was doing her job. Burrous also received plenty of criticism, with one viewer saying he had been 'deeply misogynistic and degrading as hell.' 'There is no justification for what he did. PERIOD', she wrote. Burrous had previously taken to Twitter to tell viewers that half the emails KTLA received expressed love for the dress while the others hated it. 'Problem solved!
