Coke and Lava Nikon D800 and Gopro

"Medical Donation Request" This is something I never planned on doing via my YouTube channel but, this is a special circumstance. A younger first cousin of mine is in need of some special medical treatment that isn't covered by insurance. There's a gofundme account set up for him. His name is Dan. Dan is 38 years old and will be in need of much more money than they are hoping for. Good people who need all the help they can get. Thanks for subscribing and watching. Many more videos to come. Be patient. What I do isn't always easy. Lava flow and two cans of Coca Cola. The first can had a tiny hole punched in the top to prevent it from randomly exploding. I wanted to see if it would fountain as it heated up but, the can just sort of squirted coke. The second can was sealed but, fell over. The lava caused a leak on the lower side. Footage is first from my Nikon D800 and then my old GoPro Hero 2. I had to pull the GoPro away at the end not from the spraying coke but, due to its proximity to the quick moving lobe of lava. The lava was flowing a bit too cool causing it to be less fluid. This series of videos is scientific in nature seeing how differing sealed objects react to the 2000 degree lava hitting it. If anyone's worried this is littering, relax. These items all melted. Think of it as returning metal/materials that we took from mother nature and planet earth. Thanks Earl..... Don't try this at home. Of course if you do have a lava flow at your house, trying this is the least of your problems. Safety precautions were taken and only the GoPro was slightly in harms way. By the end of this outing most of my camera gear was just a bit sticky. There was limited room to move about so, settings are what they are.
